NordicTrack Care 3-Year Annual Maintenance Plan for Fitness Equipment $1000 to $1499.99

I bought this 3 year protection plan and it was pulling teeth for the service company to come and fix my treadmill. I was supposed to receive three annual maintenance services and was told that my machine was not covered under this plan and they never should have come out. They will only come out to service my machine for $ 129.00 in addition to the plan I paid for. This is complete misrepresentation as the item on Amazon for this service plan does not indicate a model # or type of machine it will not cover. I am losing out on any benefit of purchasing this plan as they will not come out. This is what I was informed by a Barnett, a rep today 4/17/23 at 6:27PM. To consumers out there, please be careful and stay away from this protection plan, as you will not get anything from it. The company that issues the coverage is UTS through Nordictrack. Now I will have to get an independent service to come out and service my treadmill at an even more expensive rate. I thought this was a good plan to purchase and protect my machine, but I was completely scammed.

Bought a $1,200 Nordic elliptical and purchased this 3 year annual Maintenance Plan.It appears the Nordic comes with a 2-year warranty that covers just about everything. This plan runs concurrently with Nordics manufacturer warranty - so I actually purchased 1 additional year of covered Labor for repairs and 2 years of additional coverage for parts. I thought I was buying 3 ADDITIONAL years of covered service.Read the Maintenance Plan carefully and see if this is what you're really looking for. I didn't think it was running concurrently with the manufacturer's warranty.

Better to be covered than not!

Good Solid product but there is an annoying clicking noise near the rear foot pedal that won't go away. We even returned the 1st one that they delivered and the 2nd one makes almost the same sound. Over-All though, it's a good machine and I get good use of it.

The team and management are absolutely outstanding!! Any time I have had any issue with my equipment they have gone above and beyond to take care of me. In this day and age to have a company care about their customers in this manner is an absolute gift to all of us as consumers!!

Cheap extended warranty to protect your machine.

After a lengthy wait, I have now received 4 copies, I still do not have the information I need to properly enter the treadmill service contract I purchased into the Nordic track site, just a little leery of what to expect when I am ready to use this warranty for yearly tune ups on the treadmill, we'll see how that goes.Update: I have now received 4 separate copies by mail confirming the annual maintenance plan. Apparently once you register treadmill on line the warranty and purchase order item numbers are automatically entered. Looking forward to using both treadmill and all important annual maintenance program.
