I line my sheet pans with parchment paper and hand wash after use. They're sturdy, distribute heat evenly and allow food(s) to cook faster. I can image these pans will last quite a long time.

These were too small for my smart oven but they are a great quality and I own other sizes. They are sturdy and do not warp in the oven. I returned for a slightly larger size. I have the full size and they are fab for sheet pan dinners. They clean up very easily too.

The black pan that Tovala includes with their oven is great... until you use it. At least mine has turned that black enamel "paint" into a gooey, sticky mess. So I went looking for an upgrade and found it with this pan. It *just* fits in the oven (side to side) but it does slide in without much fuss. It doesn't go the full depth of the oven, so the fan can move air around this tray much the same way it did the original tray. We've been using it for several weeks with no tweaks to the cook times. It cleans up great and doesn't pop or warp under heat (so far, it's only been up to 425F). Thick, solid tray. Great upgrade!

It is a great size for a Ninja tilt digital oven. Thanks to the very enforced edges, it does not warp in use or afterwards, no matter the heat setting. Best of all, the pan was ideal for cookies: exact same heat remained steady on each inch of the pan so each cookie was exactly as done as desired.

This is the 1st time I've used this type of pan. I was amazed that it didn't buckle after the 1st use. I love how thick it is. If you want to avoid any scratches while hand washing, use a non-abrasive sponge. The 1/2 sheet pans are so cute and perfect for smaller servings.

These pans are heavyweight, good quality, all-aluminum construction. The size fits perfectly in my countertop convection oven. If properly cared for, they will last a lifetime and then become heirlooms. Don't wash them in a machine or let them soak for hours in water. Clean promptly after use. To keep them shining, scrub with a soap-filled steel wool pad occasionally. They're the best!

Nice, sturdy little pans for a variety of uses -- they are the perfect size to fit into our toaster oven. Just right to hold a pie pan or casserole dish in the oven, to catch anything that bubbles over; adds stability to the bottoms of disposable foil pans too.

This is an American quarter sheet. My UK oven wasn't big enough to take a half sheet sized tray!I've purchased these after seeing them recommended on America's Test Kitchen (it's on YouTube). I'm so glad that I did. I use them for cooking frozen foods and for baking. They conduct heat so efficiently and it's noticeable in the food. Breaded fish would often have a soft underside when baked on my standard trays. On these, the bottom is just as crunchy as the top.

Ma femme a demandé deux demi-plaques Nordic Ware. J'ai fait confiance à Amazon et j'ai commandé ces casseroles car elles étaient répertoriées comme étant des demi-plaques. Bien qu'ils aient la taille indiquée, 32,7 x 2,5 x 24,1 cm, ce n'est PAS la taille indiquée par Nordic Ware pour leur demi-plaque, 41 x 28 x 2,5 cm. Ma femme les a utilisés pour cuisiner avant de remettre en question la taille, il est donc trop tard pour les rendre. Ce sont des plaques de cuisson QUARTER.

I originally bought 2 of the quarter sheets after buying a toaster oven and I heard a lot of good things about this brand. As some others have mentioned the raised logo is obnoxious and the majority of the reason for the lost star. The other portion of the lost star is the fact they are not dishwasher safe though it seems as my kitchen gets higher quality less and less seems to be dishwasher safe so not a huge portion of the lost star.In the month or so that I have had them now I have been very impressed with their quality. They cook food evenly, clean up isn’t to bad, and have not warped on me mostly cooking around 400-425 but have gone up to 500 with no issues.One of the things which surprised me the most is how convenient 1/4 sheets are. Sure there is the fact that they fit in my toaster oven but I have started using them for all sorts of other things due to them being the perfect size for the job. For instance when grilling I will season all my food on these pans and use them on my trips bwetween the grill and the kitchen. I am giving serious thought to buying 2 more of the quarter sheets due to there usefulness around the kitchen. Lastly I was wandering Walmart when I noticed the they happened to be carrying the 1/2 sheets so I bought one there. I will likely buy another 1/2 sheet in the future but I generally don’t do a crazy amount of baking so the smaller ones tend to be the perfect size for most my needs.
