I ended up gifting this because my squat rack holes started too far up for me to use. I have however used it my friend’s house since it fits on her squat rack and I felt the burn!!

I have a 2x2" rack and this works perfectly. It works better than I expected and they include some padding you can add if you choose to. I added it and there is no extra play between the attachment and the rack.

Unfortunately, I didn't follow the clear instructions to "double check your rack size before purchasing". I thought my rack posts were 2 x 2 but they're actually 2 1/4 square. Stink. Really bummed, as I was looking forward to the quest to master the Nordic hamstring curl. Hopefully I can find a friend with a 2" power rack that might benefit from this handy attachment.

Super sturdy and versatile for my 2x2 rack with 1” holes. Rock solid during lat pull downs. Even comes with 3m pads to stick on the inner portion of metal to prevent damage to your rack. Also, great seller!

I bought this product to hold my lower body in place while doing lat pulldowns on my home gym power cage. Fits 2x2 uprights perfectly. It locks in and has a safety lock to keep it in place. Has various adjustments and is very stable. Would definitely recommend.

Fits my 3" x 3" cage uprights & works exactly as you'd expect! Basically pre-built upon arrival. You have to attach one bolt. That's it. Not a huge build. Largest time investment is going to be figuring out which upright on your workout cage to place it. Can't decide? That's cool. It's a simple on & off operation. One pin securement makes it super easy to attach/detach in case you'd rather only have on during that day's leg or pulldowns workout.Thick & heavy duty solid steel. Black matte powder coated finish. Matches perfectly with all of our other gym equipment. PU leather leg pads are strong & supportive. It's a simple, clean workout attachment. I like it.Only issue is the plastic wrapping on the leather pads. Excellent at keeping the pads covered and protected for shipping, but take a little work to pull out from underneath their plastic end caps. I'm honestly whining. The little bit of work it takes is well worth the effort for how functional of a cage attachment this piece is. I say "GET IT!" Enjoy!

Nice addition to the garage gym rack. However, the piece that attaches to the rack is too small, so I have to use one that goes with my belt squat attachment. Maybe I missed the dimensions in the product description. Luckily I can still use it

This is a really well made piece of equipment. I’m using this for curl isolation and as a situp bar but there are many ways you can use this depending on your rack setup. It’s annoying to flip the pad around but I believe a hitch pin would solve that. You shouldn’t need to do that if you’re using it as intended but it makes it more versatile.I’m really impressed by the quality. The welds are nicer on this than my rack. A grade 8.8 bolt is completely unnecessary for this but a cheap way to avoid any issues.The pads are a really nice memory foam with a great pleather exterior.The only negative feedback I have is it didn’t come with the safety pin for the rack side but I have enough extras that really isn’t an issue. I don’t want to set them to four stars for that as I can likely get them to mail one to me or do an exchange.
