The NA-SAV2 chromax.black is a fan accessory set consisting of 20 black NA-AV2 anti-vibration mounts for up to 5 fans. Replacing standard fan screws, the NA-AV2 mounts enable the convenient, quick and vibration-free installation of fans in standard mounting holes for case fans. At the same time, the chromax.black edition is ideal for creating all-black builds with Noctua’s chromax or industrialPPC fans.
Vibration-free installation for lower noise emission
Fans installed with standard fan screws can transmit minute vibrations to the PC case, which can lead to annoying resonance noises. Switching standard fan screws for NA-AV2 mounts can drastically reduce these structure-borne noises by effectively decoupling the fan from the PC case.
Double-side design
Compared to conventional single-side anti-vibration mounts, the NA-AV2’s double-side design makes them much easier to work with in space-restricted environments or placements where the fan’s mounting holes are difficult to reach.
Compatible with most Noctua and third-party fans
The NA-AV2 mounts are designed to work with most open-flange fans with standard 4.3mm mounting holes. They are compatible with all current Noctua fans (including chromax, redux and industrialPPC models) as well as many third-party fans.
Extra soft and highly tear-proof
The use of premium-grade silicone makes the NA-AV2 mounts both extra soft and highly tear-proof, allowing them to combine efficient decoupling with excellent longevity and ease of use.

TDLR: Eliminates vibration noise, worth every penny.My new Fractal Design Torrent Compact's 180mm fans, started to "hum" taunting me . With an idle noise floor of 26dB, any resonance is amplified, a constant, low hum that echoed through the thin sheet metal securing the fans. Despite Fractal Design's suggestion of a 'break-in' period, 24 hours of maximum fan speed did nothing to quell the maddening vibration. An inescapable thrum that drove me to the brink of auditory madness.After testing fans, placing my ear right next to and almost coming out like van Gogh. The metal-on-metal contact of the screws was the culprit, transmitting every vibration directly to the case. With the two fans conspiring together, the humming was amplified. I Remembered seeing these while looking at fans for the build and placed an overnight order.Installation was a breeze. Removing the stock screws and pulling the silicon through their holes until they click into place. Then pulling the numb through the case screw holes. Isolating the fans and allowing them to 'float' within the case. The result? A profound, blissful silence. The 'Tell-Tale Hum' vanished, replaced by gentle breeze sounds like a soft, whispering whoosh. If you're plagued by fan vibration, these fit well, and do as they say. Banishing the humming that haunted me, and they'll do the same for you.

I was upgrading an old Dell Optiplex 9020 computer when I discovered that the original rubber grommets for the rear case fan had fallen apart. Dell doesn't seem to offer parts for the computer anymore, so I had to look for a replacement. Fortunately, I discovered this product and was able to successfully complete the project without having to resort to using screws.

They work as they should, nice and secure. I use them in the lian li o11 dynamic evo. They interfere with the top exhaust so you have a hard time with them interfering with the top mesh cover of that case, or say any case that has a similar cover that will smush the plug.You may be able to modify them by perhaps cutting them, but I have not tried it. I used these with the thermalright TL120 rgb fans, it works well with those and does hold secure, even on a top plate exhaust.Definitely recommended

As the title says I used these on a USB-C fan I have plugged in the back of my Verizon FIOS router. That thing gets pretty hot and a fan helped a ton. Probably is with it just sitting on top of someone we're to bump it the blades would be banging into it and probably break my fan. I used this product to secure it to the router as well as to get it as quiet as possible. I tried a couple different configurations but found just letting the fan sit on the rubber posts eliminated the most noise. I definitely recommend them.

Although I would like to have to pay a little less these are by far the better choice. Material is soft but sturdy enough, plugs into the standard sizes easily and holds the fan in place. Easy release too so maintenance is no problem, quite often with contender products the reuse is iffy or even a no-go, these however I have never had any trouble with replacing a fan with the same plugs.Awesome.

I thought the top fan in my NZXT H510 case had bad bearing, it's was making such a racket. However, the case just seems to resonate really badly with this fan.These fan mounts have removed 90% of the noise, amazing result. There's still a little there so I'll change the fan, but it's so easy with these mounts!They actually really hold the fan securely too, quite surprisingly so.Very pleased.

Reduje el ruido de mi case muy drasticamente, compre 2 paquetitos para poder colocarlos en 10 ventiladores tanto frontales, laterales y inferiores (ya que mi case me permite colocar ventiladores en la parte de abajo) y es una maravilla, reduce muchisimo la vibración que ocasionan al estar en uso y aunque no lo crean, eso genera muchisimo el ruido que tienen nuestras PC, ahora solo escucho el ventilador sacando y metiendo aire y es un gustazo (cada cierto tiempo, lubricar sus ventiladores para que no tengan problema de ruido y utilizar variables de velocidad segun la temperatura para que les duren mucho tiempo). Recomendadisimo.

Kurz und Knapp, für mich sind das die besten Halterungen für Lüfter. Das sie sehr gut mit Noctua Lüfter arbeiten, sollte klar sein, aber ich nutze sie auch derzeit mit Be Quiet Silent Wings 3 und auch 4 Pro Lüfter und beide Lüfter halten sehr gut in Fractal North Gehäusen (Front und Rear). Das entkoppeln funktioniert einwandfrei. Ja, der Preis ist nicht der günstigste, aber dafür kann ich sie ohne Probleme mehrmals wiederverwenden ohne dass mir was abreißt. Es ist halt einfach Noctua typisch eine 1a Qualität und mehr gibt es nicht zu sagen. 5*****

YesIf you are looking for a super simple way of mounting your fans in your case, while keeping noise down, and want it to be as easy as possible. This is your solution. Yes, you can find cheaper alternatives from other companies, but sometimes, you dont want to roll the dice when it comes to overall quality and QC. Noctua has yet to disappoint me. Yes, you pay a premium for the name, but pretty much everyone agrees that you get great quality stuff from a trusted name. I have rolled the dice multiple times with no-name white-label products many times in the past, and have lost many times, and when building my PC, I just dont want to deal with sketchy quality parts. When building your PC, you want the satisfaction of a working PC that day, not 2 weeks later after 2 separate returns and getting bad parts due to the non-existence of QC.there is also the benefit of not needing to deal with fan screws for your case fans if you use these. Why not pay a bit extra if you cant be bothered to deal with even MORE screws in a cramped metal box when assembling? They do a fantastic job of reducing noise, since they absorb any fan vibrations.

These silicone mounts are great! They are easy to use, install, and keep your fans quiet! As a PC builder, these are also reusable -- they are great for when you are trying to figure out the best way to route cables and the like. You can mount your fans and respective wires first before you commit to screwing the fan to the case.I use these on some high end builds where a client wants a quiet PC as well as one that performs well. I recommend these as they perform their function well and can be bought relatively cheaply! Plus it's Noctua which is a byword for quality.
