Misleading picture! If it is only the board and the rack why show a picture of a complete kit?Not fair business practice!

Misleading Illustration.All you will get is a black and yellow plastic sign and cheap wire rack. NO red container, locks, lockout tags, booklet or anything else illustrated. I am surprised that amazon would try to sell this. Its going back ASAP.
