I wondered why people would spend so much on niteangel stuff when other stuff is so much cheaper and now I know.It came pre assembled in a box, very secure, with a piece of sandpaper incase there were any rough edges (there wasnt)My dwarf hamster loves this and spends most od her time in here. It also makes a good plaform for other things.

Purchased this hoping our new hamster would like it. It serves a dual purpose, it’s a window into his burrow, and it is a platform for heavier things (substrate bowl). Turns out the little guy LOVES this! He found it on his first night home and has been using one chamber for a bed and one for a bathroom. Make sure you get the proper size, there is one for Syrian hamsters (the one we have) and one for dwarf hamsters. I would give this more stars if I could. 100% worth it! It’s wooden and looks well made and I don’t think we’ll have issues cleaning it, but if he soils it too much we can always put on a layer of Mod Podge to make is more resistant to liquids.

it's roomy for my small dwarf hamster; i purchased the smallest one, because she's so small.i ordered a few things from nite angel at once,and the box came with a sanding paper, for any unsmooth edges. i thought that was so nice of them to include that!! i will be buying more fromthis company :))

I was surprised how sturdy this was. It’s all one piece, and it is able to support the weight of my hammy, food dish, and water dish no problem. Plus the holes are big enough for a Syrian to get through. Would recommend.

Our little robo is so tiny that we could never see her when she was sleeping or hiding and now we can! She loves her little burrow (we got the small one) - she sleeps in one side and hangs out in the other grooming or snacking :)

Looking to have a healthy happy hamster? Go with Niteangel! Avoid plastics and dangerous woods like pine, Amazon is littered with these “safe for hamster” products. They’re not! Please consider Niteangel for your new family member and if you cannot afford it please wait until you can. I lost two hamsters with detolf cage setups and colourful cheap wood and plastic play lands. Encourage a natural habit to make the animal happy!

I got the large one as I have a pretty big syrian hamster. He loves it. I have him in a 75 gal aquarium with about 7 inches of bedding. I buried it towards the front of his tank and he loves it. He uses it as a burrow. It serves as a sturdy platform as well, so i can place objects above ground and it will keep his burrow from collapsing. It also is convenient because he is a ghost hamster, and I rarely ever see him above ground when I am awake. It makes it so I can still see him without disturbing him.It is very large. I used a measuring tape before purchase, so I knew exactly what size it would be, and I was still surprised at just how big it is. It's very sturdy and well made, and comes with a small piece of fine sandpaper in case there are any rough edges or splinters. I didn't need it, as the object was completely smooth when it arrived, but it was nice to have just in case. I would definitely recommend
