I needed a lightweight polyester (not cotton) sweater for those cool late spring or early fall mornings when you don't need real warmth, but just something to throw over your arms and shoulders until the day gets warm. This sweater is perfect for that. I am 5' 11", 180 lbs and skinny in the arms and upper body. The medium is more than roomy enough and almost too long (but I haven't washed it yet). The fabric is extremely soft and stretchy, with a fine weave and brushed finish that feels great on your skin and gives plenty of warmth, again for those cool days when you don't need much. (This replaced a cotton sweater that was much thicker and heavier, but had a hard finish and was actually not as warm.) The cardigan design is just right with the v-neck (no collar with its extra weight) and 5 buttons, but you can leave it open or just button 1 or 2. The first time I put it on, I didn't want to take it off. Great product!

I prefer a more slim fit as I am 5’8” 160lbs. This sweater is nice as far as looks and comfort. The fit is decent but is much more baggy than I expected. Great if you prefer a loose fit not good if you prefer a tighter/slim fit.
