Small screwdriver was effective in removing all but one very small screw. This was a major problem as bottom cover could not be removed to gain access to battery compartment. Not sure if this "problem" screw was a fault of the laptop manufacturer (Hewlett-Packard) or small screwdriver stripping the head of the screw. Reviewed YouTube videos and other online resources to resolve problem with no success. Eventually had to micro drill around "problem' screw to create a larger opening to lift bottom away. My opinion is that laptop manufacturers could do a better job (as was promised a few years ago) to design their products for easier accessibility and no risk of damage to components or case.

There was some issues with shipping by Amazon said it was going to take almost 2 weeks but it came in less than a week, so I popped it in and didn't get any power and I thought it was going to be like buying the cheap junk batteries, I left battery in the Hp 15-Bs234wm laptop and it drained it down so I charged it and found out that there was No Driver for Charging system, I put a clock on it and after 4 hours of reading I turned it off and checked it the next day and at 20% I charged it again as the instruction say, I did the next charge watching YouTube videos for 31/2 hours and it was at 35% still so read the News paper and finally charged it again and I haven't turned it on yet since I'm going to install some software I bought for OBD2 and I'll see how it does with diagnostics on the Ford but for the price it's fantastic value compared to the off Brand Hattie's I've bought also I'm going to see if they have one for My old tank of a Dell laptop 1501 Inspiron hopefully they have one cause I have gotten a descent battery for my Dell every best has been an hour,, so these Ninja batteries are worth the money so far hope that they stand up over time!

I ordered this laptop battery to replace my dead one in my HP star Wars edition laptop. The battery arrived packaged woth perfection, it was still charged up and after a quick installation my laptop powered right up and I was able to fully use it off the charging wire again. Super thankful for this company.
