Very comfortable to wear. I ordered a 8.5 wide and they were a smidge too big, but I ordered the padded heel grips and they are now perfect. Wore them for several hours and my feet never felt sore.

They are cute and sturdy but the size is off. I wear a 9, got 9.5 and they were too small. I used a blow dryer to help stretch them but that was a temporary relief

The interior of these pumps literally disintegrated the first time I wore them. Unfortunately, I didn't open the box or wear these pumps until after the 30 day return window closed so I'm stuck with them. I doubt that these are really Nine West pumps, nut likely s cheap knock off. DO NOT BUY THESE.

This is a solid black heel that is very comfortable for the height. They have the perfect design and look that make them an extremely versatile pump. They also look more sophisticated than the stock photos reflect.The highlights:-4 inch heel-Soft matte leather-Moderate cushioning for the soleI wore these heels for 7 hours straight and did a lot of standing/walking. They started out very comfortable and reasonable, but started to get uncomfortable around the 3-4 hour mark.The cushioning in the footbed is really helpful -- I wish it was even thicker. It has the feeling of almost being a pillow cushion, but not quite. If it were thicker these shoes would be unstoppable.The bottoms don't have any grip, so I'd recommend getting non-slip sole protection added.Overall, for the price point and if you're looking for a pump that can be worn for a range of occasions, these are a great choice.

I work a 9-5 corporate job where I’ve work heels for 40 hrs a week, every week for many years and I’ve gotta say these are the BEST business heels you can buy! I’ve bought them for about 5 years and they’re my go-to in every color! The heel size in appropriate for business professional/casual, but also high enough to be fun for a dressed up night out!They’re extremely comfy and great quality! I am a regular 9-9.5 shoe size, and I always get a 9.5 in these. I wouldn’t say that they’re snug, but they are a slimmer fit, so maybe size up if you’re in between.Add them to your cart now, you won’t be disappointed!

It’s pretty but it runs large. I’m a size 6, I had to return it to buy a size 5.5 even then it was slightly too big. It’s also hard. The material that its made of is hard so it hurts your feet but the height is not uncomfortable.

I never write reviews for mediocre items, so this is one of the truly good ones. When it comes to heels I’m super picky and even more so if it’s a closet-staple like a LBH.Pros:-Very true to size, I’m a 6.5 and they fit like a glove with just enough wiggle room to avoid being too tight.-Quality leather construction that molds to your feet the instant you put it on, extremely comfortable for all day wear.-The heel construction is of a softer suede-like leather, which alleviates heel pain.-Foam sole insert is springy to the touch and provides great heel support. The arch and ball-of-foot support is decent.-Work-appropriate heel height 3.54”, easy to walk in.-Classic style appropriate for all events.-Phenomenal pricing, I luckily got a pair from Amazon Warehouse deals which made the final price even cheaper but I would easily pay full price for these.Cons:-Nothing.
