Arrived with scratch's and partial packaging. The finish of the product is good and in line with the reviews. The 2 1/4 balls are loose when racked ? A repurchase would not be on the radar. Not a big outlay and would recommend at this price point.

Works and looks great, the only issue I have with it is the fit when racking can be a bit loose and the balls can separate when the rack is removed

I ordered this Nine Ball Rack because in the picture it appears to be made of oak. When I received it I was pleased to find that it was indeed made of oak unlike another item I recently purchased. Well made and solid. Quality construction and finish.

I was hesitant to order this because of the bad reviews, but I'm glad I did. The quality is very nice, and it's as attractive as the photo. Smooth, attractively-finished wood, properly-attached brass supports, shaped correctly, sturdy and solid feel, and just the right size for racking the balls. We've used it several times so far with no issues, and it looks nice on the wall with the matching 8-ball rack (which is also nice quality, matches this one in color, and works well).
