Decided to try Nikwax after their tech wash did my camping tent a solid!Has gotten rid of my wetsuit funk! I do like to let things soak for 30 minutes rather than 5. Rinsing three times is kind of subjective, but you get the idea. I only smelled "normal" bad after outrigger practice last night. Not, you know, *bad.*I need to weigh my wetsuit boots down when washing them - the tippy top bands by the ankles kind of smell, but that's probably just due to a soaking issue seeing the wonders this worked on my wetsuit proper.

Good presentation. Looks practical and says it would work well in any wetsuits. Haven't tried it though. I'll update my review in a few weeks after washing all my wetsuits.

This stuff really works to remove oders from triathlete wetsuit. I lake swim 4-6 miles per week, spring, summer, fall. It has a strong, synthetic, soapy laundry detergent scent, which fades after the suit dries on a clothes line. Gear Aid Revivex and Slosh do not work to remove orders and I have used full bottles of both these products. A little splash in a 5 gallon bucket with 1 gallon of water is all that's needed to soak in, then rinse.

I ordered this for my husbands gross wetsuit. He rinses it out well after every surf, but over the years it’s just gotten really manky and stinky. Searched Amazon, found this and gave it a try. Awesome!! I used a giant Tupperware tub to soak it, I left in in a few minutes longer than the directions said due to kid distraction, no biggie. Then rinsed it in our tub a handful of times. Seriously…smells soooo much better. Very happy to have found this product!

So I heard about this at a recent trade show and had to try it. My surf booties have had a lingering awful smell that I just can’t seem to get rid of. I rinse them after every session and dry them as quickly as possible. Even with this they have developed a foul odor that is undeniable. I am embarrassed to take them off around other people and they stink up my surf gear bag. So, when this arrived, you can bet your booties that I immediately set about washing them. I will admit, I didn’t follow the instructions fully and used a little extra that I poured directly into the them so I could really make sure they had every possible chance for redemption. After a long rinse and an overnight air drying I braved the sniff test, and… nothing. No smell at all! (Other than a whiff of neoprene.) I am curious how many uses I’ll get before I need to clean again? But right now I’m so jazzed that I’ll happily clean them on the regular to keep the stink away.

I followed instructions and washed out my 4/3 wet-suit. It seemed to work and got most of the odor out, however I had to rinse the suit more than instructed to get all the cleaning solution out.

A little goes a long way, I used to soak and clean wet okole seat covers. Had to rinse them 4-5 times, I’ll use less next time
