Product came appearing in good condition. The shutter etc works and will potentially 'snap' a picture. However, a fairly important part of the camera is stuck/not working. The picture counter on the top of the camera (small clear window that shows how many pictures you have taken) is broken and stuck on 36. This is supposed to reset to the letter "S" when the back is opened so when you put in film and crank it forward a few times it then is on the number "1"... The way this is now you basically have to mentally remember how many pictures you have left; not really ideal or possible imo. These older cameras have thousands of moving parts so the fact this one thing isn't working could mean other things that I can't see aren't working either. I reached out to Amazon they said someone would be reaching out to me from the seller within 48 hours and nothing has happened (it's been two weeks now). I also cannot request a refund because Amazon's website says that I have to reach out to the seller first??? Like what.
