DVR worked for about 3 months then got up one morning to only the Night owl logo showing on screen and won't finish booting up. Have gotten nothing but run around from Night Owl. Tell me it's my power supply but won't send a new one, instead keep asking for more pictures and now expect me to go out on a ladder and take off my cameras to get a sticker off the back of them to take a picture of. Not happy with the support/warranty for this.

Had to send the unit to Night Owl to have the missing/defective hard drive replaced.Night Owl tech support is super slow as if they’re still using dial up internet. Plan on 1.5-2.5 hours whether it’s in chat or on the phone. Average of 6 minutes before answers or questions come through on the chat. ie “Is the unit on?” Reply “Yes” 6 minutes later “Is the internet connected?” “Yes” 6 minutes later “Are the cameras connected?” Be prepared.
