Fabulous set at a great price. I love that the case has velcro strips inside that allow the whole set to stand more vertically when using and when drying after cleaning, but then easily allows them to return them to a horizontal position for storage (case zips shut). Really nice to have the whole selection in front of me and in a case while working on a project, though. I use them for painting and for projects with embossing powder (to clean up any excess powder prior to applying heat, especially on designs that have small details).Be sure to read the instructions before use. There is a light coat of glue on the brushes to keep them in shape until they find there forever home, and that has to be washed off with water before using. Very easy to do. After each use, be sure to reshape them too and dry standing up.

Great for beginner or basic mini painting, I have replaced the normal brushes with some higher quality ones but still use these for basing and other stuff to preserve my nicer brushes. the dry brushes are a nice touch and while they can get a bit spread are fixable and do the job well.

My husband just got in the hobby of painting figurines for his table top games. He has no complaints and feels he has a good variety to do what techniques he knows. The case is nice to keep the brushes in good condition.

I'm a novice, in fact, I'm working on my first miniature now.I started with an airbrush and bought cheap brushes to back it up. They weren't bad, but I had no frame of reference to evaluate them.After trying the airbrush a couple times, I ended up liking a more hands-on approach the brushes offer and wanted to try a nice brush.From the moment I used the first brush it was night and day difference over the cheaper brushes. The feel between the medium to your fingers is so much more personal that I didn't want to stop.From the super fine detail brush all the way to the fat bristles of the base brush I immediately fell in love with these brushes.Save time and money and give these brushes a try, you likely won't regret it.

Well made and sturdy bought these ahead of the new heroscape releases in September since they are not painted I was gonna need new brushes and these should do just fine.

While the pricing is very nice, there was a few issues. Some brushes came very nice clean and pliable. Other brushes came where taking the plastic off the brush could I jure you from the rigid stabbing bristles of some of the brushes. The case also has no way of standing up as shown in the pictures. There's velcro in the back but no purpose. Overall theres probably better packs and budget brush brands out there.
