NICHE Throttle Lever
Thumb throttles have become the standard selection for most ATVs as they provide easier navigability, increased safety components, and require less time for the average rider to learn how to use.
Using a thumb throttle instead of a twist throttle has consistently proven to be a safer way to manage to ride an ATV in a safe and mechanically effective way.
If you were using a twist throttle, you would not be able to lean into or away from the front of the vehicle, as you could accidentally twist the throttle and cause an accidental speed change. Your vehicle, and you, could thrust forward and cause serious injury.

Bought to replace mine on my Atv but kept getting engine code took it off and the engine codes went away, I did end up taking the parts off and just using them on the one I replacing so the product did get me outta of a jam !The product looks good and looks like the oem one. It could just be my bike that is picky I would definitely try again !

if your polaris sportsman has code 520 194 this is what you need ! 1/4 of the cost form the dealer and super easy to install!

Replaced existing Throttle Control it had an error code 520194 3 then this item created a different code 520194 2 So not sure if trouble with Polaris ATV or this product is not a match even though all looks the same. So will try to determine issues and update in future. Update 7/30/24 guess it was wrong part for my 2020 Polaris Sportsman 450 (looks same-fits same) but got new one from dealer and it fixed issue. Wish I could return it it is brand new only tried it for a minute. I Double Checked Polaris Part Number 2010403 and they claim it fits but it does not guess have to only buy Polaris Parts in future. 8/2/24 Seller took care of issue.

It fits and plugs and works some. Each might be different I don’t know. My 2015 sportsman didn’t like it and sometimes it took a lot to make finally go. It worked but not with out some trouble. If you can afford the factory one I’d suggest doing that other wise this might get you by till you do. Also the throttle lever broke so keep your old Polaris one for a spare part.
