I can't complain about the nickel wire itself. It's very thin wire that is made for electronics or research. It's good quality wire. when I looked at the product images, which show a reel of wire, I thought it was the actual item being shown. But when receiving the wire it was a small amount of the wire loosely wrapped around a narrow reel, similar to a tape cassette reel. It isn't the quality of the wire or even the amount I received that bothers me. It's when I look at a product & expect that same item in the image to be delivered, but when receiving the item it's completely different than their images I saw when ordering. It makes me feel like I was taken advantage of. Which creates a trust issue. And I know the details are in the description of the item, but not many people will know what the measurements of the product they will be receiving will actually look like, especially in the U. S. when the seller is using the metric system. People rely on the images of the product to get some visual indicator of what their purchase will actually look like when receiving it. So when the images don't match the delivered item, naturally it creates mistrust with that seller or manufacturer. The list of sellers within Amazon is endless. The good ones build trust with online shoppers by being up-front & honest about their products. Online shoppers don't give 2nd chances once they feel slighted in any way. A seller who thinks they will get return shoppers after practicing the sales of items, that when delivered; don't resemble their product images is putting themselves in a situation of buyers beware. People read Reviews and word of mouth travels far & fast.
