Its very effective in clearing the windshield with far less needed over my previous OEM BMW solution. This solution goes on more sudsy, yet wipes clean via the wipers, airflow (moving vehicle ), and cloth when parked. Virtually no streaking despite clearing bug, road, and environmental debris. This was especially important to me as currently I am parking outside more often than not. Which leads me to my last, but important bit of praise. I bought this product because of its claim to recondion the wiper blames and keep them plaible with proper use. I was skeptical, but felt that even if untrue, it would still be an upgrade over others I have used. Imagine my delight that it has quieted my stiff and dirty blade installed last spring, but the seem to remain more like new with a continued use, which for me had been every 2-3 days of uses including parked in the direct summer/fall sun and SoCal smog/ash/dust/pollen. Im extremely happy with my purchase so far, and would highly recommend it to others! Actually have done so to several friends.

I've used this in a summer and winter mix (+MeOH in winter) and it worked well in both.I use reverse osmosis water.I think it does a great job, the only issue I have is that it's a bit foamy/soapy compared to regular fluid.

Much better than typical screen washes, and has a nice scent.

I have been using Kristall Klar for YEARS. I originally found it during my search for a wiper fluid that did NOT leave some sort of water repellent behind.Pros:-This performs well and gets just about the nastiest stuff off of the glass even in the baking hot sun.-Might just be a placebo effect but it feels like I use less fluid per spray to get the windshield clean compared to normal washer fluid.-It always wipes and dries cleanly while leaving no residue behind to cause wiper chatter/skipping.-It's also strong enough to clean the rubber in your wiper blades without destroying them. People underestimate how dirty the blades themselves get which can also cause poor performance and noise. A typical car wash won't remove this type of dirt/contamination.-Ridiculously economical: 1 bottle will give you multiple GALLONS which should last you for many years.-Last but not least: AMAZING lemon-lime scentCon:The only downside is that this particular formulation isn't winter proof. BUT they do make a winter version (which I bought but haven't had a chance to use yet) and both versions can be mixed together.

This concentration works well. In fact, it's much better than the fluid at the auto parts store for a fraction of the price. A bottle usually lasts me 2 years between 2 cars. Plus its just less plastic waste....Highlights:*If using in cold weather it still works, but can freeze when it's really cold or if leave the vehicle outside overnight. So, either get the winter version or add some alcohol to the mixture. I add alcohol because I only need it for about a month in the winter. It works and no problem.*If you are in North America, use tap water, there are hard water conditioners in the mixture and distilled water is not needed.*If you are cleaning your window a lot and it's not raining (bugs, dust), you may get a very thin soap-like residue on the car. It washes off easily, and no issues with the paint or wax applied. My windows are dirty all the time and I deep clean the paint and wax the car once a year with a synthetic wax. Again, no issues.*A hard note on experience; add water to your fluid reservoir or container first, then add the concentrate. Otherwise, it will foam up while you are adding water. Trust me on this one.Hope the comments are helpful.

This is a great windshield washer fluid. Mix it according to the instructions. Smells minty and fresh which to me is pleasant. What I do is save the windshield washer fluid container. I mix in the amount of the concentrate with just tap water. Shake it up after to ensure good mixing of the mixture and then refill. It works great on bug splatters and cleans them quite well. Wipes away clean and does not smear. I also noticed it worked well on tree sap after parking under a few trees. No issues removing those...even after baking in the hot sun for hours.Do not use this for winter as it is not winter rated. Use a washer fluid that is winter rated to avoid issues (i.e. fluid freezing and rendering it useless)

Chemically this product is excellent. It works great as a cleaner and doesn't leave a film on the windshield (that I have noticed). I did see films left by other expensive washer fluids (particularly the Rain-X or winter mix fluids, but also from summer fluids like the Prestone bug wash - which is also green and otherwise seemed to perform similarly). I'd say that it works as well or better than MB summer fit (Mercedes-Benz's washer fluid that I like and is also sold as a concentrate). The price per gallon of final/diluted product is comparable to the cheapest ~$1.50 washer fluid that you can buy (but this stuff works better and seems less prone to wiper blade chatter). My qualifier is that this product makes a lot of suds/foam when you mix it. Adding the concentrate to still water avoids this as a problem, but makes topping up less convenient than dumping a jug into your reservoir (as with other fluids). In practice you'll need to know the capacities ("warning light" and "completely empty" levels) of your vehicle(s). If you drain your reservoir completely, fill (~99%) with water, then add this concentrate you'll be fine. If you fill a partially depleted reservoir (say when your warning light comes on) you might still generate foam when you agitate the remaining solution with pure water from a hose or pitcher (then of course need to add the concentrate).Premixing could be an option. I use a lot of washer fluid and have overhead garage racks, so I've considered a 5 gallon premix that would gravity feed a hose (but that really seems like overkill - even for this geeky engineer). It's a good product that I'll probably keep using. However, I could see a number of people preferring the convenience of simply emptying a non-foaming jug of blue fluid into their reservoir (especially if you were wanting to top up a reservoir that was mostly full before a trip). There's a lot of information online about not using tap water (for reasons of mineral clog/deposits). I choose not to worry about it (and if I ever see mineral deposits near my nozzles I'll deal with it at the time). If someone chose to use distilled water it might make use of this product easier, but is also one more step in the fill process.
