This Webcam was a pleasant surprise. Very simple setup...excellent video and audio quality and very fast shipping. I would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a high quality product, and a very fair price.

The only feature I liked is the privacy shutter. But there should a manual over ride for the shutter. Autofocus is annoying during minor movement in meetings. Software is hopeless and don't allow to set the zoom since I don't want me to appear too close to the camera. Picture quality is not acceptable when you have set a background in Teams to hide your background. Used less than a day and returned. Thanks to Amazon else it would have been and bad spending. My honest feedback was never published in the manufacturer's website.

I purchased the NexiGo HelloCam Pro a few months ago, and while it has some good features, there are a few drawbacks that limit its overall performance.The positives first: the video quality is decent, providing clear and sharp images during video calls and recordings. The 1080p resolution and autofocus work well to keep me in focus, and the built-in microphone captures audio clearly enough for virtual meetings.However, there are a few issues that detract from the experience. The field of view is narrower than I expected, requiring frequent adjustments to fit everything I need into the frame. This can be inconvenient, especially during dynamic or group calls.Additionally, while the setup was relatively easy, the camera sometimes has trouble maintaining a stable connection with my computer. I've had instances where the webcam disconnected unexpectedly, disrupting my calls and forcing me to troubleshoot mid-meeting.Overall, the NexiGo HelloCam Pro is an average webcam that delivers decent video and audio quality but is hampered by a narrow field of view and occasional connectivity issues. It's a reasonable option for basic use, but those looking for a more reliable and versatile webcam might want to consider other options.

With password security requiring longer and more complex passwords, logging into my computer became a chore. I decided to switch to Windows Hello login by facial recognition. This requires a specialized camera like this one. It works flawlessly. It is also a great camera for all the functions you need. The software provided allows for the fine tuning and it a proved more reliable than Logitech's.

I bought this device to use as a replacement for a 10 year old video camera. I use it for formal Zoom meetings and for our weekly Skype with the family. Easy to install and connect. My only dislike is that the zoom function of the camera is not on the primary setting list and requires a detour.Highly recommend it.

Purchased this for use in my office with new company as the one provided was stock/low quality and had used a Nexigo HD camera in prior office.This unit was an upgrade from last purchased. Same falling-off-a-bike simple install straight out of the box, though the plastic "clamp" mechanism on this unit has actually taken a few steps backwards from the last one I purchased... with the front lip of the clamp lacking some of the depth of the earlier model, resulting in less grip on the edge of one's screen (and so, a slightly less stable mount for the camera). As long as the camera isn't anticipated to be moved anytime soon, this small challenge can be easily rectified by placing a small piece of double-sided tape on the underside of the clamp lip.No software needed to download, the Nexigo is ready-to-go as soon as you've plugged it into your computer and updated A/V settings to replace default camera and mic with that of the Nexigo unit just installed.Great, hi-rez picture with broad field of view. Dual/omni-directional mics do a nice job of picking up voice. Overall a GREAT camera for the price!!

Good camera for my needs - usually on messenger or teams meeting. Easy to set up, clear picture and good sound. Love the lens cover feature while camera is not in use. Came well packaged as described and instructions.

Howdy on Linux works great, the privacy shutter is incredibly convenient, and the camera quality is good.

I have linux and was concerned that this wouldn't work. But it works great with linux. I can now join meetings with video from my linux desktop. The image quality is great. The viewing angle is also good and will pick up a lot more of the scene.Great Camera!!!

the product worked fine for a week. However after a week , the images started flickering a lot. I had to junk it. Not worth a buy
