The headline says it all. The Nexel branded shelf is nicely finished (glossy) and heavier gauge wire than the vast majority of lesser wire shelving products. You know it the moment you pick up the shelf - it's heavy. Worth the price if you want or need a heavier duty product. There are cheaper options if you need 2 or more extra shelves, but I suspect (haven't ordered them) that they are lighter construction, which might be fine for some uses.

This fit perfectly on an existing Metro cart, adding that extra shelf I've wanted forever. This wasn't a common size, so I'm glad it's stocked here online! The product, importantly, came with shelf clips to mount it on the posts, so I didn't have to but them separately.

Extra heavy duty wire shelf, very sturdy and great finish. Extremely happy with the quality of this wire shelf, much stronger than the shelf unit I am adding this shelf to. Just ordered another one to add to another wire shelving unit where the shelf is showing strain from the weight. These shelves are definitely industrial strength and will easy be strong enough to hold the weight.

These shelves were much more expensive than what I have purchased in the past, but they also seem to be much heavier, and stronger than most of the shelves I've purchased in the past.Beware, because the poles that come with the large standing unit are not in two pieces.They are single, very long poles.These poles do not come with the screw in inserts already installed.This is a problem, because the pole boxes are so long, every one of my pole boxes was damaged in some way, and the screw in inserts were missing from 3 of the 4 boxes.Amazon covered the replacement of these screw in inserts, but it was an inconvenience, and it set me back several days, when building the shelves.This would have been a much better transaction, if the manufacturer would have inserted the screw in inserts, prior to shipping.I would have given these shelves 5 stars, if not for the packaging issues.

I like the Nexel brand wire shelving much more than cheaper brands, and as much as another more expensive brand. Nexel is at a good price for its quality, worth it to me. This was to add to a 4-shelf unit. came in great condition, quick delivery. Nexel also has more size and color choices than other brands. It is sturdy even when being rolled on casters. I have a heavy old television on one and it is secure. No wobbling.

These are very solid and well made. They are a shiny gloss black, not a matte, flat black. So they do not exactly match the appearance of . However, they're close enough. I'm happy that these do include the plastic clips needed to mount them on the posts. The description didn't mention the clips.
