Not sure what the deal is but these didn't work for my '11 Sierra either. Seems to be junk. I tried everything to make sure it wasn't a user error.

Wasn't cut to fit, wasn't finished product, 1 wasn't any good. 2 worked and final one I couldn't check, it didn't have the groves in it to fit pigtail. So I got 2 good ones out of 4......
