When the box arrived at my house, I thought I had been duped. But they fit 20 lbs of paper neatly into a small box. And during my packing, I kept worrying I was running out of paper... but every time I went back to the box, I found ANOTHER layer of paper. SO MUCH CHEAPER THAN LOWE'S and HOME DEPOT! I highly recommend!

If for some reason you're looking for pure white paper, this probably isn't it. As the photo shows, it's a very light grey, for whatever reason, but it works nonetheless. I can confirm that there's no color transfer from the paper. The paper is packaged as a bunch of smaller groups of quarter-folded sheets which is easier to handle and store than the paper that's sold as big single bundles. At the time I bought it, it was the best value, but that seems to vary occasionally.If I need more (I hope not, I'm getting tired of packing) I wouldn't hesitate to buy this again.

This is THIN newsprint blank paper... worked EXACTLY as it should... it's for long term packing and storing...it's meant for a quick pack (like we are using... temporary pack and store as we are putting in new flooring and had to empty china hutch, etc.) Worked perfectly without breaking a thing. You lightly wrap your breakables - don't stuff them too tightly into any container/box and they are fine for a short term sit and gently move. I appreciated the paper didn't smell musty or dirty. I plan to reuse the paper on a paper mache' project with my grandsons. The rest I will mulch - it's non bleached or printed paper, so it's useful for many things and can be recycled in multiple ways! If you're looking for a really thick paper, this is NOT it. If you need a quick, gently pack - this works perfectly. I purchased way more than I needed - one 20lb box would have been more than enough to empty my large china hutch AND everything else I needed to protect. Remember to reuse/recycle! I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful... and I hope my review was helpful to you!

The newsprint packing paper has been good for packing most everything I have needed to wrap. It tears sometimes if I am rushing, but it's easy to adjust for it. I think I will try using some of it for pattern transfers and such, as well.

We are packing for an upcoming move and I only got so far with saved Amazon brown packing paper and bubble wrap. I really needed newspaper but did not want the ink bleeding on my items as it has in the past. I came looking for something just like this and was really scared off by the price because I am cheap and well.. it seems like a lot to spend on paper! There is SO much though!! I have already wrapped about 10 boxes of breakables (porcelain collector items, crafts, bottles, dishes, lots of picture frames, etc) and still have about half the paper left! I love that if you need smaller squares, it easily tears either in half or in quarters without needing to grab scissors. I am pleasantly surprised with this purchase and will make sure to have any on hand for future moves as well. It's been a life saver during a stressful process, I no longer regret spending so much on paper!

Bought this paper to use during our impending move. Used newspaper is so hard to find nowadays, and I never liked getting all the ink all over my hands anyway, so this was a better substitute. Easy to use, protects breakables pretty well, and I don't have to wash the ink off my hands after I'm done packing, so it's a win-win!

I hate the idea of buying new paper just to crinkle it up and then put it right back in the recycle bin, but we were moving and ran out of packing material. This paper did what it needed to do. It protected all our kitchen plates and appliances! It's a small but heavy box, and it will lasts a long while. We ended up buying two boxes for packing up about half of our 2000 sq ft house.

The packing paper is divided into sections and folded, which makes it easy to grab one pack...and start packing. It all comes in a box rather than a floppy ream, which makes it ideal for use in homes and apartments. Price is right, too!
