This machine came with a warning about mechanical oil. It says to run your dough through it many times till the dough is clean. I ran my dough 15 to 20 times through the machine and my dough is still black with mechanical oil. The smell in the kitchen is just disgusting and smells like a mechanic shop. This is not food grade oil. After this oil is gone. The machine will start rusting. Making it unsafe to use for food. Also, the smallest thinnest noodle setting does not actually cut the noodles just makes holes or indents. After running the dough 15 to 20 times through the machine it is still coming out black with oil and now the machine is extremely hot. So if you want to use it often, it will overheat and not be a good product. I would not recommend this to anyone at all. Move on and look for something different. It also dispenses the dough onto itself by the vent. Making it hard to catch.

I unfortunately didn’t test this machine before my return window closed. Can support please reach out to me?This machine has what seems to be black oil that comes off of the rollers and no matter how much I clean it, even with industrial degreaser, it still comes out dirty. It’s unusable and doesn’t seem food safe at all?It also gets the dough caught in the machine often. How can I get my money back?

Let's start with the positive aspects. The process is simple and enjoyable, making it a fantastic activity for quality family time in the kitchen. On the downside, I've noticed a strong oil smell lingering even after months of use.

Today I tried to use the pasta Machine. I read the manual, followed the instructions, turned it on and adjusted the two knobs. I can switch the settings back and forth from cutting dough to rolling pasta dough. Also, I can adjust the thickness of the dough. But unfortunately, the rollers for feeding the pasta dough through the rollers dont turn at all. When turned on, the machine makes a quiet humming sound and starts to it gets warm fairly quickly, so it is probably a faulty motor. I turn it off right away to avoid burning the motor out.The instruction manual that came with it are very vague and are written in broken English, thus, not very helpful. When you see it, you will be able to tell that it has never been used and is in pristine condition other than being non-operational.I'm not asking you for a refund. Instead I would like you to please send me a replacement machine so I can give it another try. I will then give you an updated, good review. Thank you in advance for your support in this matter

I use it to make noodles. Make the dough first according to the proportion of flour and water. Easy and time saving

After taking some cooking classes in Tuscany, we wanted to start making fresh pasta at home, but rolling and cutting the dough is so laborious. We had tried hand-rolling machines that weren't much better. Why not let the motor do the work? This machine makes the whole process fun and easy. With company, we set up pasta-making stations so everyone participates in the process, then let the machine do the rolling and cutting. In just a few minutes, you have perfect spaghetti or fettuccine noodles. You do need to hand roll the dough a little so it's thin enough for the rollers to grab, but that is very easy. Start with the widest roller setting, then decrease the setting until you get your desired thickness, then run it through the cutters, and you're ready to cook fresh pasta that is SO much better than dried noodles. It takes a little practice to get your dough perfect (add water if it's dry, add flour if it's too wet), but in no time this machine will be your best friend for your pasta parties. I also love to make pizza, and I run my dough through the rollers before shaping the crust, as it really expedites the process. I wouldn't use this machine in a commercial application, but to make fresh pasta for a family or small gathering of friends, it is perfect. Especially at this price point, the result is well worth the expense.

I just received my past machine today, but the thickness cannot be adjusted because the regulating valve port can’t be pulled out and just stuck there. The other knob for adjusting the dough sheet mode ang the cutting noodles mode is fine.

I usually never bother to write a review, but this noodle maker is absolutely amazing and makes me really want to share how much joy I've gotten out of this machine! The noodles are cut very well, the machine runs smoothly and never does dough get stuck or become a pain to clean. The noodles from the press are firm and hold their shape unlike the machines that squeeze out the dough from holes. Made a lot of delicious dishes from the noodles! If you're looking for a noodle maker, this one I would highly recommend!
