Not sure if these are supposed to go over bare feet or over socks...that will dictate sizing. Labeling these as newborn booties to wear without socks is a little misleading unless you have a mammoth newborn. Ours was 7-10 (and now about 8 pounds) and fits perfectly into name brand newborn socks. These will fit probably at 2 months for us without socks, but we actually found a workaround by putting them over the newborn fitted socks and wearing them as "outerwear" which maybe is the point? They're great quality - but they're made more like socks than shoes? I dunno. Anyway. Just note that they may not fit your newborn, but are adorable otherwise.
