Was expecting the shelves to be a lot nicer and to at least have rollers on them vs just wood that slides in and out. You can't really store that much wine with how the wine is slotted. The fridge is also really loud and definitely not quiet.

Decided to replace our trash compactor with a wine fridge under the counter. After lots of looking, settled on this. Has worked perfectly for 2.5 yrs. Took out one of the bottom shelves to stack 1.5L bottles that didn’t fit. Would definitely recommend.

There was a piece missing when we unpacked it. I contacted the company directly and they fixed the problem very quickly and professionally.After getting the quick fix we are more than pleased with the product. It is very quite and works exactly as advertised.

Temp holds very well. Best aspect is how quiet it is. Interior lights make it seem very high end - just what you want!

I had high hopes for this unit. It was the perfect size for installation in an unused cabinet. I decided to use the wine cooler as a free standing unit for a month or so before modifying the cabinet for installation. After about 5 weeks, the unit's temperature (both zones) began to fluctuate and would not stabilize, and the compressor became noisier than usual. Luckily, I was within the Amazon return window. I decided to shop elsewhere, and bought a higher-end wine cooler from Avallon. I hope most of you reading this review have better luck with this unit than I did...especially if you are modifying a cabinet for installation.ADDENDUM: After sending this defective unit back WITHIN THE REQUIRED RETURN WINDOW, AND IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING, Amazon issued me a refund at 80% of my total purchase price! What? There should be no re-stocking fee, as the unit was in original condition and returned within the authorized return window. And the product was defective! I will never recommend this product to anyone, and the return situation I have now further cements my position. Now I will have to do the Kabuki Dance with Amazon to attempt to get my full purchase price returned. What a hassle! WARNING: DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT!!

Great wine cooler but a couple issues. One, as mentioned but other reviewers, there is no way you’re getting 29 bottles in here. 20 max. Two, the most annoying issue by far, is at each of the seams the stainless steel shows which stands out a lot against the black stainless steel. It just looks a bit cheap to me. Other than those two issues it seems to be a pretty good unit.
