Cumple a la perfección con su función, es eficiente y duradero, el único problema pequeño que observé fue que no gira derecho, se va un poco chueco, lo tuvimos que modificar un poquito, no estoy segura fue solo el que se me mando a mi o si así mandan todos, no afecta el funcionamiento, simplemente es incomodo y mas cuando se busca eficiencia en la cocina

We love our new ticket wheel.Ours looks little lopsided in photos because the surface it sets on is a little warped.Item is great, wish we had ordered one for our little hotdogs/ sandwich shop years ago.

old school order wheel that's well made, perfect for my needs... one prob tho, the top rim of the wheel is narrow and sharp, and can easily cut you if the wheel is spinning with any king of speed.

The product parts I have seen seem great, I just can't seem to get the entire item in one shipment/order. From what I can tell, the tickets would hold well on the wheel and do as suggested. However, I ordered this the first time and only got the base. Then the second time, I only got the top piece. For something at this price point it would be correct at the least the second time around. Fool me once, shame on me. Fool me twice, shame on you. I'll find this from another vendor that can send it all at once... maybe there's just too many parts in different boxes... who knows?
