Helps with small items collecting off trays and filling jars especially wide mouth ones. I use bags too but Jars are just easier.

This item is supposed to be used for food service. It should be durable. It is not. I ordered it 3 months ago. Both handles have fallen completely fallen off of it. It was not damaged. There are no cracks or damage to the item. The handles just fell off. The company is not answering phome calls and my return is being refused. Never again with this company.

I manage a fast food restaurant. I have right and left handed employees. Having one fry scoop that anyone can use is awesome. The metal ones with dual handles are heavy and bulky. The shute is perfect width for fry boxes or fry bags. With the metal fry scoops you sometimes have to bend and shape the shute to make it fit smaller containers. This is sturdy material. We've had issues with metal scoops getting dented or cracked from being dropped or tossed into a sink, but not this one. Am very pleased with this purchase!

Neat, easy to work with. I had it for almost a month, looks durable no problems so far.

This was ok for what I needed - I run a high volume casual dining restaurant and started using portion control cups for fries - as the cooks complained about filling them quickly I bought them this. Is is very light and feels cheaply made but actually did the job for about 2 weeks until the kitchen staff lost it. I was concerned about the plastic melting if it came in contact with any hot surfaces, but I never saw that happen.

I like the inexpensive price but the durability seems to be an issue, they crack right above the handle. My local restaurant supply carries the same looking one but it costs three times as much. The difference is the store bought one also lasts at least 5 times longer. I guess you really do get what you pay for.
