While the majority of the forms are printed correctly and alignment is accurate, we have found several (10-20) in each pack that are misprinted. It appears that the quality control was not at 100% with each pack on this last order. Previous orders of this same product did not have this issue so that is why I will leave the rating at 3 stars.

Our office goes through 1000's of forms a month and Stock Checks has been my go to for years!
