I do like the nice case that they come in. It keeps them separated and also allows for you to quickly find the size of rivet you need for the job. They also come with stainless washers in case you need to use them for thin metal. Stainless is a nice metal to use as it does not react with the aluminum. This will ensure a lasting repair or project life. The rivets seem to be made well and pull the work pieces together before "popping". My pop rivet gun grips them, and I have not had any issue using them in my various projects.

Very good assortment of your most commonly used rivets. We use them to secure 16 gauge metal brackets to fiberglass body panels. Strong rivets that will not rust. Backup washer is useful but not always needed. Handy case to keep them organized.

Handy little kit to keep around when you need to rivet something back together. I prefer to use stainless or aluminum rivets so I don't have to worry about them rusting. Needed to secure the bends on the ends of my gutter downspouts that kept falling off and these did the trick with no issues. Price point is great as well.

I used some of the smaller rivets in this kit to attach some loops and straps to my shop apron and from what I can tell, there's not a lot more you could ask of simple fasteners like these.Since I was fastening to a waxed canvas shop apron, I needed to fit a small washer on the inside of the rivets to give the something to grip against (they'd just pull right through canvas). Doing this worked out perfectly. The inside deformed as expected to secure the now-bulged-out inside of the rivets such that they can't pull back out again.The rivets fit my rivet gun... required a fair amount of force the make them "pop"... snapped off cleanly... and both the inner and outer sides were perfectly formed.As mentioned in my headline, I'm no pop rivet expert but these seem pretty darn perfect to me. Consider me a satisfied customer. Now I'm just searching for other stuff in need of riveting.

I thought this would be an easy 5-star review. I mean, they are pop rivets—nothing special required, right? Well, it turns out rivets can be made poorly. I had two issues on opposite ends of the spectrum. Some of the pop rivets pulled out too easily and didn't tighten down well, but more of them snapped the shaft where the tool grabbed it rather than where it was supposed to break when it was tight. In other words, some popped too easily and some were too hard, neither left good results. About half also worked as intended. It's possible that a different tool would be less likely to break the shaft by not cutting into it so much, but the inconsistency is still there.
