I rated this A one star. I've been using this devise since I got it. I read all the instructions for use. My dog still barks even when I use it. I'll keep trying for a month and see what happens. Otherwise I would like a refund. My dog just doesn't respond.

There is nothing about this that works so far. The beep is useless and they pay no attention to the sonic noise at all. I am very disappointed Not worth the money spent at all
