Worked like a charm on my 2005 350 rancher. It was getting stuck in gear and not shifting. This fixed it.Some people say it doesn’t have an O ring. That’s because it didn’t come with an O ring from the factory. When I removed my old one which was the original part there was no O ring.

Factory Honda part works great as it should. Fixed the not wanting to shift into reverse or in and out of neutral issue that was happening.

I have a 2004 Rancher ES that was having shifting problems. This is a direct fit part and solved the shifting issues. This is an easy 10 minute job with only a couple screws to deal with and fairly decent access to the area the sensor is mounted to. Be careful not to break the connector release tab so it will remain firmly connected on the new sensor.
