This modem does not work in Europe, I don’t get why it’s shipped there in the first place… would be nice if the compatibility was mentioned somewhere in the description or something so that people know DOCSIS is only compatible in USA and Europe needs EURODOCSIS

Refurbished modem was unable to connect cable signal to router. Replaced it with old modem and all is fine. Will replace old modem with a genuinely new modem.Refurbished stuff usually works good enough for me. This did not work at all. One star is too good.

Works very good was easy to install. Improved my speed vs my old 100mb modem I had been using.

It's a perfectly functional, cheap, basic cable modem. As long as you are ok with the limited speed it provides it's just fine.Bought it to replace an old ISP provided box that failed and it works fine.

I have Spectrum internet and have been using an older Netgear modem that was netting me about 120mbps. Recently Spectrum bumped standard speed to 300mbps so I decided to upgrade the modem. I was up and running within 30min. I didn't have to call in to register my modem, the system recognized the new modem, I logged into my account and plugged in the new mac address and I was online. I'm now getting the full benefit of my plan. The refurbished modern was is perfect condition and saved me a chunk of money. Packaging could have been a bit better or at least taped closed, but everything was in the box and delivered with care.Overall great deal.

I bought this Comcast approved modem to get my TP Link Deco M4 home mesh wifi system up and running. My download speed tier is 600 Mbps and so far I have had no issues with this modem at all. Set up was easy like most modems, plug everything in, activate it through your ISP and you're online. Testing it through wifi I am seeing speeds north of 450 Mbps, I have no doubt with a hardwired ethernet connection I would easily be hitting my 600 Mbps limit.

This modem was great for me. I have the 250 GB plan through Xfinity with digital HD TV. My computer really zips now. I used to have the 150 GB plan and I am now getting more than 300 GB on the speed meter. I was using a Zoom modem which worked ok for the lower speeds, but this new one with a better plan is amazing. Of course the cable cost is a little higher, but well worth it. Great modem for a reasonable price. It will pay for itself in about 7 months of saved rental fees.I also saved money by choosing a refurbished model. It does NOT have capability to add phone.

First, 2 days ago this refurbed was running great, all of a sudden everyone in the house said they lost connection, I checked and this thing lost internet connection, I checked the modem and the circle light was off then it blinked then turned on and been on since then with no problems. My only concern is that it is a refurbish and it dropped signal which I bought amazon assurance for.So, as we know, the worst streaming game is GTA5 online, I had trouble with my old modem/router. I paired this with the router netgear AC1200 and I cannot believe that I am able to stay in a lobby of 24 people (before this I kept getting kicked from the lobby with only 4 people). This game takes 3 to 5 minutes to load and the last I need is to lose connection and reload.SPECIAL NOTE: I am only using IPv4 without IPv6 and I am better connected so far.

Really nice modem. (We *had* to upgrade because ours was no longer supported by Xfinity.) This new one is fast & works much better. The only complaint I have is that it was an unnecessarily complex process to "register" it with Xfinity. When letting Xfinity know about the new modem, allot a MINIMUM of 45 minutes to 1 hr to complete the set-up over the phone with them. (It won't work on their network until you call, & give them the MAC & Serial numbers off of it.)
