Bought as a gift for my mom for Christmas. Her favorite gift. She absolutely loves this espresso maker. She said it’s so easy to use and better than one she had use before.

This is my second nespresso machine and it works just fine. Not overly loud compared to my previous one, does the same job.I appreciate the larger water container especially if you are making coffees instead of espresso, its good for a few coffees before needing a refill.Shipping was quick

We recently replaced an older Nespresso Original Line machine, which was working fine after 8 years of service, with the new Nespresso Vertuo Pop+ Deluxe. We really like this espresso maker, the flavors available are awesome, the machine works great, coffee temperature is good, no leaks, and it even has WiFi - which we didn't know. Note: WiFi doesn't seem to do a whole lot but it did do a firmware update when we first connected it, stating it was updating features. Nice little bonus.

I love this thing. If you are an avid coffee drinker you need this in your life. It taste amazing, even black. It’s not too big, and makes me want coffee at home all the time. It’s the reason I am excited for mornings. 100% worth the money. It comes with samples of coffee so you can decide what you like and don’t like with descriptions of each. The pods are a little confusing at first, but just think of it as small=espresso, medium =double espresso, large=coffee. I can’t recommend this enough! (:

Makes amazing coffee. This particular machine is manual to open, & this particular machine doesn’t auto open however, I don't mind that personally. Produces excellent coffee!

This is my first Nespresso machine, and the coffee tastes great! I’m a bit disappointed in the design. It’s just a little too short for taller mugs, and if you want to take it on the go—you’ll have to transfer it from a mug to the to-go vessel of choice.It’s also a little odd that the spout is so close to the machine. If you use a thicker mug, you run the chance of it running down the back onto your counter.Another complaint in functionality is the pod loading. Having to hold the top down, while locking it into place is a little awkward, and could be difficult for someone with little hand strength (I wouldn’t buy it for grandma).So far it doesn’t leak and I haven’t had any problems with the machine itself. The quality seems sturdy. The coffee tastes fantastic. The design on the other hand is just odd.

I would never buy this Nespresso machine again because from the beginning I had problems with it I don’t get the free complementary coffee capsules ,then the coffee machine just became worse it started to flash a red light all the time,I called Nespresso so many times that I lost count on how many times I called them. Let’s just put it this way things got really bad because at the end it started to leak out water all over my counter,when I told Amazon Customer service, they finally gave me the refund back they didn’t really want to because it was over the time that I was supposed to return it but I was pretty upset at this point and I told him that because it was a refurbished one I want my money back, but all they could do was give it back on my Amazon gift card, But now they told me I have to wait a month to get my money back that made me pretty upset too. It’s funny I saw it arrived at the warehouse today but they’re not gonna give me my refund until the end of this month. They want me to live without the coffee maker until the end of this month and it’s not my fault that their product did not work they’re selling bad coffee makers first, I didn’t put the coffee capsules in and then they give a coffee maker that doesn’t work. Amazon is slipping up in someways, not caring about their customers as much as they used to so I’m writing his review to warrant everybody do not buy the Nespresso Vertup pop plus deluxe it’s got lots of problems with it. You’re better off to buy the Nespresso.Vertup pop plus I just got one today and I am totally satisfied with it, as for the refund, I’ll buy something else from Amazon but they may lose me as an Amazon customer if they can’t take care of me better than that I am very upset with them that I have to wait that long. It is ridiculous but buyer beware that is a bad coffee maker, or I should say coffee/espresso maker, I cleaned it like espresso told me we descaled it twice and we did everything and it still didn’t work so all I can say is not worth the money that particular Nespresso coffee/espresso maker warning do not buy it and this is how I feel in my review i’ve never done a review this is the first one. I never do reviews on Amazon because usually I’m happy with my Amazon purchase but this time I’m very upset and I’m not satisfied with the purchase or how they handled me with my refund this time they handled me very poorly and I’m very upset with Amazon. I’m gonna sit and think if I really want to stay with the Amazon company this is my review and I hope it goes through so everybody can read it. .
