Game Changer! Comes with sample pods package. Immediately got rid of Keurig and never going back. Wow. This tastes more delicious than Starbucks too. Works perfectly. High Quality. Didn't notice noise level, but that is probably bc the smell was so delicious. Multiple cups from one reservoir fill. No leaks. I'm so excited omgYou can also save the pods, buy aluminum tops set to add your own coffee. Haven't tried yet, just ordered a setRe: negative reviews - sometimes mistakes happen in transit, reach out to seller or Amazon for damaged product exchange. If you slam and abuse it, it will fail break
