I’ve not had the chance to use it on the bike in the rain yet, but it fits very well. I’m 6’5” tall and 285lbs. The pants are long enough for my frame and have well put boot straps to hold it in place. It seems to be quality built and put together! I did extensive research on rain suits for motorcycle cruisers and Nelson Rigg came in at the top of the list for mid-priced gear under $100. I did cut the hood off that is placed under the collar to make the collar less bulky but I have never used a rain suit hood before and don’t plan to start. I believe this will keep myself dry while riding in inclement weather conditions. Well done Nelson Rigg Stormrider!

I bought this as I was taking a trip and need a rain suit, but since I don't typically ride in the rain, I did not want to spend a lot.Its a good budget friendly option. It fit well. And was not bad to wear.It did keep me mostly dry.And it seems to be weel made over all. This is NOT a suit you can wear every time you ride, all the time. It will not hold up to that. But it works for something you can put on to keep you dry as you ride in the rain.Though it will not keep you 100% dry.As others have commented my crotch did get a bit damp. If the suit is in constant contact with water such as water that has pooled on the seat it will find a way in. Though it was not a lot that got in, and I was dry just 30-40 minutes after I took the suit off.So for me this worked well for the price I paid.If you want to stay 100% dry your going to spend probably at least 3 times as much if not more.Over all I think this suit is worth what I paid for it, and I will be keeping as an emergency rain suit in my sadlle bag from now on.

First photo is with a led surefire flashlight shining at me and the second is me driving away and a tiny street light making me glow! Update now since rain was experienced on(9/26/16)- first real rain I was complete dry and comfortable. I'm adding a photo now! Awesome product and protection for the price. This is my first legit rain gear for my motorcycle and I'm happy with it. My last gear was simply rain pants that eventually ripped when I scraped them on a bunk of lumber when I got to work and they always rode up on my pants while riding so that was never fun to deal with. My previous upper body "rain gear" was simply a thin, small wind and rain throw over with sleeves and my riding jacket that only the inner liner is water proof so when I got to work my riding jacket would be soaked and I would be pretty mad I had to dry it before I left for home. So this product I bought I recieved really fast and I used it the very next day, "today, 9/23/2016".It worked really well, I really only needed the pants and my boat covers becuase of the highway still being wet and spraying my bike and legs but the entire time I felt completely dry and comfortable. It was an added benefit that from all sides cars could see me becuase of the bright greenish-yellow upper body. On the highway someone was attempting to merge into my lane and normally they would just continue but this driver immediately saw me and kind of served back into their lane. That was nice not being cut off because of the high viz jacket!! I would definitely buy this again. Little info on me, the size I bought, and why I choose that size. So, I am roughly 144 pounds, 5'10" and a pretty slim skinny build type of guy. (Also in 22 years old)I went with the large option because I was tired of my pants riding up in the rain so that added length is nice to have (plus the stirrups that go under your foot is awesome!) if your pants are to big just pull them up as high as possibile and roll the top where the stretchy thing is downward and that makes the pants shorter in length and still weather proof. The added material helps me able to fully put on my riding jacket and it be completely dry after a rain ride.Overall the product is built strong with great material. I would purchase again. I hope my review helps people out.

I ordered an XXL size, I am 6 feet tall and around 220 lbs, I have long gorilla like arms and hate to have cuffs ride up or tug at the shoulders, especially if I need to wear it over a jacket like this will be. Well the body fits great, and the arms are a little long, but with the velcro at the wrist to tighten as needed the size works out well, lots of room and no tugging as happens when sleeves are too short. The pants fit ok and again have enough room to accommodate wearing over jeans or whatever I am wearing at the time. I may have been able to get away with XL, but am perfectly content with the XXL and the extra room it gives me.

I am usually between a medium and large depending on the manufacture. After reading the reviews and looking at sizing charts, I had a hard time deciding which size to buy. I am 5’6’’about 150 pounds. For the medium, the waist was too small and the chest was too big. For the large, the waist was good but the chest was way too big. I took a stab at the medium thinking I could always return it if it didn’t fit. I am glad I choose the medium. When they say it is made to go over your protective clothing, they are not lying. It looks huge but fits fine over my clothes and leathers. And, everything stretches pretty well. If you are contemplating about what size to get, get whatever size you usually get in clothes. Don’t let all the charts and other reviews confuse you like they did me.I used the rain suit a few times now. It has kept me dry every time. Mostly, it was just a light rain here and there. I was waiting for a good downpour before I left a review. A couple of weekends ago, I was on my way to Houston from San Antonio. I was on the road for less than 20 minutes, and the rain started. I pulled over and put it on along with the boot covers a bought at the same time. It rained on me almost the whole way home. Some rain was light some was so bad the cages were going no faster than 40. In other words, it was pouring. I got home after being in the rain for about 4 hours. I was bone dry.Pros: It works really well. Top and bottom easily rolls into the hood for small compact stowage. High quality hook pile fastening (AKA Velcro). Stretchable straps under the heel. Drawstring hood that goes under the helmet. Snug around the wrists. High vis. colors and glint tape (reflective material). Collar goes high on neck but not to high that it makes it hard to turn my head.Cons: Hard to put my boots through when I am wearing my boot covers. When I pull the pants up my legs, my blue jeans come up to. Hard to put the strap under my boot covers.
