I just got myself a 1998 Fender Precision bass. I noticed a lot of bass guitarists use padded straps to protect against the strap digging in. But this velvet one holds up very nicely, and the guitar doesn't feel too heavy like it would with a nylon strap. I am very happy with this, and I didn't have to adjust it. Getting the rubber strap locks on were hard especially on the bottom strap peg but hopefully it becomes easier as it gets used more.

This guitar strip is nice. It is made of a good quality materials. The strip is soft but strong at the same time. The leather ends provide a secure grip with guitar strap buttons. I like that small pocket for guitar picks attached to the strip. That is quite convenient. I chose a vintage burgundy red color that matches my electric guitar nicely. I am quite satisfied with the quality and look of this guitar strip.
