This top handle is comfortable, not too bulky, and not too pricey. It looks good too.There is nothing to not like. The contour for the index finger is nice too, thick rubber underneath and a bunch of attachment points, to include cold shot on front and back, as well as threaded 1/4 and 3/8 arri.Get this top handle and be happy! Me ha parecido un producto de una calidad más que buena a un precio razonable. Es robusto y bien acabado, agradable al tacto. Aspecto profesional.Se adapta bien a la jaula Neewer CA077 y es muy necesaria para hacer ciertos tipos de planos y para comodidad de manejo. Queda perfectamente sujeta.La multitud de agujeros con rosca de 3/8" o 1/4" son un plus para montar cualquier accesorio.De momento muy contento con la compra y ahora hay que ver que tal resultado da con el paso del tiempo.

el agarre esta bien pa unica pequeña cosa que le veo estraña es que la manibela d eapretar si te descuidas y le abres demaciado se sale competa y puedes perder la pieza oh los sprin que trae dentro debio ser ajustada para no salirse oh cambiar de metodo.. para una nueva actualizacion de la pieza tomar eso en cuenta

Was concerned that it wouldn’t work. It does!Also, it plugs into the remote jack rather than USB-C which is great because I use the USB port for SSD recording and couldn’t tie it up.

I love this top handle with record button. It has been a pain trying to use the tiny Rec button on my Sony A6500. What was Sony thinking.Before ordering this top handle I read a bunch of the reviews. Several said that their Rec button did not work from the very start. I was desperate, so I ordered it. On first connecting it to my camera I was upset to find my Rec button not working. After looking things over I realized I could push the cable end in further than it goes at first push. See the pictures. It looks to me as if the insulation on the top handle connector will actually seal against the sides of the slot. So if the cable isn't right up against the side of the handle, apply a little more force until it looks like the second picture. Mine has been working flawlessly ever since. No more feeling for that tiny Sony Rec button. Happy Face!

Not bashing this product at all, maybe just some design insight. I own quite a bit of Neewer gear. They make great products and at an affordable price. This handle is super comfortable and fits nicely in your hand, that is unless you put a Microphone in the cold shoe. At least for the Rode video Mic Pro+. As you can see in the photos, once the mic is put onto the top, there isn't enough room for my hand to comfortably hold onto the handle without bumping into the mic or putting strain on the mic cable. Certainly not enough room for me to capture the weight of my Sony in the meat of my palm in a comfortable and supporting position. Feels like I'm dangling a fairly expensive camera from the pads of my fingers, instead of holding it firmly in my hand. This would be perfect if either the cold shoe was a half inch further forward, or the handle was half inch longer in the back. I own several top handles and this is the only one that I own, that gives me that insecurity of a good stable hold on my camera rig. Without the Mic it's perfect, and for that reason I'll be keeping it, plenty of slo mo I can capture without needing the Mic. I look forward to seeing if this is upgraded version or a longer handled version so that I can have this grip comfort, and have my Mic attached. Willing to do a video update if newer wants to send me an updated version, or longer handle version. But I do love the Nato rail and the comfort of the handle, without the Mic.
