I love the quality of the light. It came with a carrying case. It does not come with a stand.

For soft light, this is a number one solution of our production for the years. Powerful, easy to carry and accurate.

Durable, nice lighting and a definite upgrade from the cheap lights I was using from Walmart. It doesn't come with a stand so it suggest in investing in one if you want to get any consistent use out of it.

I'm a photographer by trade and am used to using strobes. I was looking for a light to use for instructional video's on line. I had three lights before this one. Two were just not powerful enough and the other produced great light but it was just way too big for the area I have to work in. I decided on a panel light but with all the choices I just didn't know which one or how many I would need.I chose the Neewer Professional Metal Bi-Color because the reviews looked pretty good. I bought one to start and decided I would add another if needed. The foot print was small enough I didn't think I would have any problems using two in my small work space.I mounted it on my desk turned it on an WOW! This thing is bright! One is more than enough to light my whole desk area and then some! It took a little time to get the temperature right, a digital readout telling the temp would be helpful but once I got it close I set a custom white balance on my camera and the colors look fine.I cannot recommend this light enough. I can think of 100 uses for it in my photography and will likely buy another with batteries just to have. Great Product!

I am a wedding and portrait photographer and was looking for something easy and compact for tricky indoor lighting situations. I'm pleased to say that I have found it. First off, I love the convenient case that it comes with which makes it easy to transport with my other gear. It's easy to adjust the settings and really customize the color, strength, and direction of the light. The little doors on the light come in handy when you want to direct the light away from a certain area. And having the option to adjust these settings through the app has made my process so much more convenient! I like that it can easily adjust the warmth of the light as I've used this many times to balance orange and white lights in a "getting ready" situation at a wedding. It also runs well on battery power. The light is just as bright and ran without any issues. I'm still working out the full battery life but seems to be quite reliable.Overall, for the price, I dont think there's a better LED light on the market. It has tons of capabilities that I'm looking forward to trying out and incorporating into my work.

Comparing the two more powerful LED panels, the 1320 LED vs the 1920 LED (1904 is a typo on Amazon's part I think or Neweer sent them the wrong info cuz this lights is 1920)1320-less bright (obviously)-cheap travel case, no padding, very flimsy-very flexible, the ball head attachment lets you swivel the light in any position, vertical, horizontal, downward etc.-more solid mount/connection on the pin/light stand-diffusion board slides in and out really smoothly1920-bright! at 4400 when both colours are utilized it's very bright-good case, inner padding-not flexible in terms of mounting/positioning....the attachment makes it so that you can't really position the light with much flexibility, you can barely angle it down without the bottom barn door hitting the frame-loose connection to the light stand, not as sturdy as the 1320, the drop in hole that fits in the pinhead on top of the light stand is much too wide. You'd think Neweer would provide a rubber loop to make up for the size difference.-the diffusion board is next to impossible to slide in and out of this light, I had to take the barn doors off just to slide it out. Very annoying. All in all, the 1320 is a way better light in every possible way except for brightness.....which is paramount, so it's a big trade, more light vs. more or less flexibility-

As a professional video producer, I usually have to have some lights with me when filming. Large or small -- they're a necessary hassle. But sometimes I don't need all those lights on a project. Or cords. Or accessories. Sometimes, just one light is sufficient.Enter this Neewer LED light. Just two days ago, I used it on a shoot when I need some light on some store products I was filming close-up. I've also used this light when I needed just a little bit more light than what was already available in a conference room.A huge plus for this light: It can run on batteries, instead of A/C. Battery power lasts several hours, too.The color temperature knob, and the dimmer knob, are separate and easy to control. They work well!Build quality is higher than I expected. It doesn't feel cheap, but instead it's well-made. It attaches easily to a standard light stand. Really like the included barn doors and diffuser, too.I love this light.

This is an AMAZING light, I've used it on every shoot since I bought it, it's so versatile and powerful it's hard NOT to. I will likely order two or three more, the thing just practically guarantees perfect results. Note, you should be sure to remove the plastic stick-cover from the plexiglass panel, but that's about it in terms of preparation. I already owned a whole host of stands, so I didn't have to order any extra, but you should be aware that this doesn't come with one.I have to say, the warm light really brings out the green tone of a green screen and gives a distinctly summery look when shooting outside, and the pure white light is very clinical and cold. I almost always crank them both up to max, though, the effect is a daylight-balanced natural tone of light that really does look like natural sunlight or really natural incidental/environmental light in any scenario/location.Whatever you intend to use it for, though, GET BATTERIES, then after you get batteries GET MORE. I recommend these: I bought a single set of two and it's been just barely enough on all the shoots I've been working on, BUT the lighting on those shoots has always been such that the light could be turned off between shots. If you have an especially long all-day shoot or if you are lighting a live event/broadcast of some sort, OR if you just hate charging your batteries all night every night, I recommend getting many more batteries. This beast of a light is a godsend, but it drains the life out of batteries faster than 8AM classes drain college seniors.I ALSO recommend getting a dual charger for your batteries; the light has two slots for batteries and putting two in at once means not having to switch in the middle of a shot, but it also means you better have both charged. So, gra one of these bad boys: Ultimately, I think I'll end up getting two more of these lights, two more chargers, and maybe four or five more sets of batteries. All that stuff together will fit in a large backpack or a suitcase, so it'll be an excellent portable continuous lighting kit that doesn't require any outlets, something every filmmaker and most photographers should avail themselves of.I've attached a couple images for which I used this light panel, just to illustrate what I used it for.
