My previous set of triggers pretty much feel to pieces after six years of use, cost around £200 and were large and obtrusive. These are small, easy to use and cost less than a quarter of the previous triggers.

I just have to leave a review because I bought this back in 2019 for my einstine lighting system. I didnt want to pay hundreds for their set. Welp today YEARS later, I started having issues with the trigger and needless to say I need to get a new one BUT the fact that this 39 dollar invested lasted me soooo long, I am buying this right away to replace the old one. This is perfect on a budget and as a professional photographer of 11+ years, this is well worth its weigh in gold. Especially in this economy!

Only have had the flash trigger for one day, however, it worked liked a charm from the first flash. Trigger is attached to the hot shoe of a Canon EOS 7D camera that's paired with a Paul Buff White Lightning 10,000 flash unit. Camera is set in manual mode and I adjust camera settings from the reading off of my Gossen Luna Pro F flash meter. Could not be happier!

This is a fine little remote system and works fine for a while. Mine stopped turning on, 6 months in. Tried multiple new batteries and cleaned the contacts with dry rag and nothing. Support did replace it which was nice.

After my old wireless sync went kaput, I needed a replacement. This one worked great.Older studio flash systems, like my Novatron use a two-prong sync plug that closely resembles a standard 120 VAC electrical outlet. For at least one apparent reason, newer studio flash systems use either a 1/4" or 1/8" two-conductor audio plug, so they cannot be accidentally plugged into an AC power outlet. This Chinese-made NEEWER RT-16 Wireless Studio Flash Trigger comes with the 1/8" plug and a 1/4" adapter. Since I had long ago made a patch cable to adapt 1/4" plug to my flash's two-prong socket, I was able to plug this trigger into my adapter cable and have it work with my setup out of the box.The transmitter comes with a 23A 12-volt battery that can be enabled by pulling out the insulating tab. The receiver requires two AAA cells that are not included. The receiver has an on/off switch to preserve battery life. The transmitter is triggered either by a camera's hot shoe, a test button on top or an external sync cable that is not included. I used it successfully with my camera's hot shoe which was the most convenient. There are sixteen different dip-switch configurations on this NEEWER RT-16 Wireless Studio Flash Trigger that can be chosen to ensure that this wireless trigger doesn't interfere with others that may be nearby. Since my studio was no where near any other wireless studio flash triggers I used the default settings. For a reasonable price, I was able to restore wireless operation between my camera and my studio flash system with Amazon's two-day delivery.

I have a name brand set up and had issues with the transmitter. I replaced it with the newer version of said transmitter. After another year or so, I had issues with that. I looked at other systems but their price tags and commitment to their "system" were too much for me after my past experience. Someone in a photography group pointed me towards these. I ordered two sets (because we all know that photographers have to have backups for those times of technical difficulty). It was nice that they were at a price point that allowed me to purchase a back up right away and it also gave me another receiver to use as well. They're not fancy allowing me to adjust my lights from my camera, but for the price, I can deal with that. The ONLY downfall that I can see happening would be the battery dying during use because you don't turn them off and you have to dissemble them to change the (button cell?) battery, but again, that's where the spare can come in handy.Definitely worth trying these.

I needed a new trigger/receiver for my lights. These were with in my budget and shipped fast.It was packaged well. It is as shown in the photo. They are easy to use. Pretty much plug an play. Just put your trigger on top of the camera in hot shoe area and tighten. Then plug receiver into the sync area on the back of the strobe. Turn both on making sure they are both on the same channel. Then adjust your light and camera settings and they are ready to be used. They seem to trigger the strobe well. I am happy with them.Good for the value.
