I had to shave a little bit off both sides with my grinder to make it fit .. other than that it worked flawlessly. Great value for the money if you have knowledge on how it make it the right fit

I always have problems with the SST tool but this one work like charm. I’ll say it’s better than the SST we have.

It's a useless, expensive thing that you don't even need. Despite numerous attempts and trying everything I could think of, I could not fit the nut behind the needle bearing in my Toyota 4Runner front differential (left side). So in the end I used a sliding hammer with a bracket and 2 claws at the end. The claws grabbed the rear surface of the needle bearing and after a few blows, the bearing came out. No scratches on the differential housing.Tip: I used the same tool to take out the seal. A standard seal puller does not work well with this type of seal. When installing the new seal, use a 2" schedule 40 pipe connecting sleeve (that you can buy from any hardware store) to hammer the seal in place. Remove the rust from the chamfer edge with sandpaper and clean everything well before driving the new seal in. Coat the seal and the receiving surface with gear oil. Try to push in the seal squarely but if it goes in slanted, hit it on the side that stands out more (using the sleeve that I mentioned).

Disappointed that it came with surface rust on the tool after spending close to $50 on the tool.

I had to grind the back side of it down to get it to fit in the dif behind the bearing, once that is done it works like a champ. I recommend.
