Glad I ordered this one as it came with the extra D ring in the front not pictures in the photos. I can't say if this has helped my neck as I have only used it for 2 weeks, however I am optimistic.

I like to breakdance and bought this to strengthen my neck. I like all the different D-rings because I clip on resistance bands and work my neck from a variety of angles. For a fraction of the price I feel like I'm getting 85% of what and Iron Neck could offer. It is very well built and feels like it will last a long time. Thanks or a solid product!

It wasn’t easy to figure out how to get the straps to cooperate to get it on the head with no instructions other than pictures, but once we figured it out, my husband took it to the gym to use and loves it.

I'm not doing BJJ and MMA as much as I used to, but I want to keep my neck strong and support the upper chain of my spine.I have not used one of these before (although I've watched team mates using them) so I brushed up on the technique for beginners by watching YT vids on it.Overall this is well padded but also firm and stays in position once you adjust it. For a noob like me it's a bit awkward at first but there are D-rings for attachment point ALL OVER this headgear. Fortunately I'm working out at my home gym so no concerns about weird looks from other gym goers lol.For the money it's a well-built product and great value if you're wanting to add strength building exercises to your neck routine.

This thing HAS to be hand made. It's sturdy but comfortable and once you have the head Velcro (top Velcro and 2 side Velcros) set, you just take it on and off like a helmet forever using the chin strap. It will fit your head snug, which is crucial if you use it side to side. There's also a FRONT D-ring that's not in the picture and perfect for front extensions for those visible T-shirt neck muscle (of you're into that). I was between this one and a few around $20 and I'm glad I spent the extra 10 bucks. $31 including tax and get very happy. Sometimes you can just see and feel the hard work that went into things. This is one of them. Neoprene padding everywhere so much more comfortable than the machine at the gym.
