The little swivel ball adapter solved a nagging issue with a new shower head that was not adjustable. It is a bit stiff but we were able to adjust the shower head so that it tilted down instead of out. I would recommend this product.

I bought a new shower head and found that it didn't tilt down very far. So I added the swivel ball adapter and can now tilt the shower head almost straight down. This is really the only solution I've found either online or at the hardware store. The unit seems well built and I've had no leaks so far.

Just needed to ensure I used enough plumbers’ tape to seal the connection with the main shower outlet. Attached the other end to a waterpik swivel shower head but this added easier maneuvering.

This connector allows one to adjust tbe angle of the spray. The spray no longer shoots toward the back corner if my shower.

I bought this so I could point my handheld shower head at a different angle than the holder supported. This product failed completely to do this, as it won't bend at the joint more than a few degrees which isn't what I needed. If you want something that twists, then this will work

I recently had my bathroom shower remodeled, including relocating the showerhead to address tall people problems for my husband and updating the shower head to a larger diameter rainfall model.The only issue was that the mounting arm for the new showerhead was very stiff and caused the shower head to sit at an odd angle. This little swivel solved the issue. It was installed between the arm and shower head, enabling the head to be reangled.Installation was easy.
