KU Toaster was as described however, box was in very bad shape and toaster coil with the KU stamp did not work at all, toasting only one side of the bread. Unfortunately no other KU toasters are available so only option is refund or finding someone who can replace coil. Very disappointed as was Christmas gift for another party.
