I bought 2 of these to use on my boat in the Carribean. More than a dozen trips(1 week each) and they have performed great. Snorkel and SCUBA. First time users are quick to learn and all have been impressed. I am meticulous about placing unit in freshwater immediately after usage. Also, I bought warranty option as I figured, Electronics being submerged under water is "high risk" for damage. Looking forward to my second year of usage.

These are pretty cool. Bought them for my trip to Mexico. Everyone loved them. They can pull you through the water very quickly even if you are a grown man. The motors are high quality. So far we are very happy with this purchase. It would be nice to have 2 batteries. They run out pretty fast and take a while to charge. You end up getting about 2 uses per day with charging.

Terrible product. App does not work with Android. Scooter is cheap made garbage. Customer service doesn't answer US number and doesn't reply to emails.
