Unfortunately my lacewings were shipped over the New Year's holiday, and arrived dead and never hatched. I still have lot's of aphids though.

This was an absolute waste. The first time I tried lacewing eggs from another vendor, I got a very low hatch grade but got some. Based on that, this time I monitored the hatching before releasing. The first pack gave me absolutely nothing. Not a single one. I contacted the vendor and they were very nice and send me another one. It came with one live larvae. I released it and monitored the hatching for the others. Not a single one more hatched. Have given them more than a month.

When I received my purchase I put the rice hulls with the eggs into the little boxes provided and hung them in the plants around my house. Right now there are no signs of anything hatching. All I see us rice hulls. Not sure how small the eggs are but I think I have been dooped.

I have been using this company's products for over a year now and have had great results with them every time. even the one time I received an order of lacewing larvae and when I opened the package and did the usual things got everything ready setup and waited for a week. after that I had contacted the company and they did everything they could even offered me a refund but I choose to get a replacement to wich they promptly sent and this time whin i opend the package there was larvae already visibly moving around. this company has great products as well.

Last year my grapes were severely attacked by leafhoppers. They did a lot of damage in a short time just before harvest. I've never had that happen before but read that lace wings are helpful so I gave it a try. I released them every two weeks and it did help enough to save the grapes. The real benefit was evident the next year. I released a single packet of lace wings early in the Sumner and my vines look fantastic! I think they also help with general pest control as my entire garden has had few pest issues in spite of drought conditions. Highly recommended these and this company is one of the best there is for delivering live, effective beneficial insects.

I purchased the lady bugs previously and recently got the green lacewings. My first batch of lacewings didn't have much hatch and I asked them for any advice of what I could do and they promptly sent me a new shipment without any hassle. The new shipment I had to quickly place them as they were very lively and crawling on my hand. I will be using them again for sure.
