This stuff is amazing. The trick with getting it to work better the 1st time is to apply a liberal amount all over before getting the dog wet. Rub it into the coat and then let it sit for about 10 minutes. Then rinse and repeat 2-3 times before drying. Using this method, I literally cannot smell the skunk on my dog right away!

Dog rolls in horse poo a lot. This is the only shampoo that really gets the smell out. Dog doesn’t seem irritated by it and it smells very nice and mild too. 5/5 will buy again.

It worked, but it took 6-8 washes over 3 days to get there. To be fair though, the affected dog got sprayed right between the eyes, which is not an easy place to safely scrub. We couldn't really do much without risking getting the solution in his eyes, and that seemed like it would just make his eyes more irritated or possibly damage them, so we were left with doing our best to carefully get it around the affected area with a mildly soapy wet wash cloth.

Been a week since my cat tangled with a skunk and I have washed him nearly everyday. Each time the skunk odor becomes so strong after washing but it never goes away. It lingers until I wash him again and it gets intense. Would not recommend and I have used their products for years. He is clean now with a fresh lavender skunk smell.

This did help and it seemed like it masked the skunk smell when our dog was wet. As she dried, if I put my nose up to her, I could still discern a skunk smell. BUT, much, much better!

My small dog was sprayed by a skunk about two months ago. I used the Natures Miracle liquid and bathed her. It worked fairly well but the odor occasionally came back, mostly during high humidity or if I bathed her again. Any wetness will bring back the smell. I desperately needed to give her a bath again so I bought this product. While she was wet I could still faintly smell it but after she dried, I haven’t smelled anything. While nothing is perfect, this is the best I’ve found for helping dilute the smell that won’t die for many months. I recommend this shampoo.

Another great product from Nature’s Miracle. It says it is rated for skunk odor, which I have not had to deal with, but my dogs can get pretty smelly on their own, and this stuff does the trick. Leaves their coats shiny and soft, and their skin in good shape - no after bath dandruff at all.

I used this on my dog a week after he got sprayed, I massaged it in and let it sit for 5 minutes then rinsed it out and at first I thought it didn’t work but after his fur dried, I can barely smell skunk unless I put my nose on his fur, his fur will always smell like skunk when it gets wet unfortunately because I didn’t have this when it happened but this was pretty amazing for only using it once and after letting that skunk oil soak in for a week. Highly recommended just to have on hand if your dogs like to sniff things they shouldn’t at 3am!!
