These are nice roostertail colorful feather, great for crafting. They are all about 10" in length and pretty fluffy. The taller feathers are either a black or green/black color, and the colorful feathers are fluffier and poof around the base of the longer feathers. Overall, these are very nice feather clusters to use in creating various artwork or for use on costumes. Feathers are all nicely colored, and most arrived in perfect condition- a few had broken shafts, but the feathers were easy to tuck back into place and looked fine when finished rearranging. Price is reasonable for the number and quality of feathers received and I will be purchasing more from this seller for other projects when needed.

These feathers are nice. They are a dark, solid black color so they all match perfectly. The sizes are also pretty similar. They have a strong stem in them so they stand up easily. They were vacuum packed so they arrived in good condition.

The pictures don't do the feathers any justice. The shine and shimmer is beautiful. It's almost metallic or a oil sheen effect on the black feathers. Who ever the quality control person is, they did a good job. The feathers are all whole with very minimal defects. I don't expect there to be 0 defects since they are natural feathers. Nature is not perfect but they clearly picked out only the best to send out in this package. The black parts of the feather are very dark and clean. These are a perfect addition to my craft supplies. I plan on using them to make dream catchers, as detail pieces in my junk journal, and I'm sure that I can find a million other uses for them as well. I also liked how many came in the package, there are A LOT for the price.

The feathers are nice in color but not superior in quality. A lot of the feathers had imperfections, and because of that they were unusable to me. I really had wished they were of better quality. Probably fine if you wanted them for a kids craft project, but not projects you were looking to sell, there were just too many defects on the feathers for my liking. I only took one start off for this, as some of them were ok.

They are mostly 8 inches with a few going over that length. I prefered getting most in one size rather than a modge-podge of different lengths.The color is definitely black but with the green iridescence that is natural to black rooster feathers.Great for any crafts, I will be adding them to my 5 foot wings that I plan to wear for Halloween this year. They are perfect.
