We were having to changing and bathe my son every morning due to horrible leaks! Once we found these, those days were OVER. such an absorbent pad and really good adhesive. Stays on for 12-14 hours!!! My son sleeps a lot haha. Good for longer car trips too! New mom approved hehe

These are basically just a pad you add into a diaper to give more absorbency. They work great! My son kept waking up wet, no matter how often I changed his diaper at night. I have added these inserts into overnight diapers and now he only needs changed when he wakes up for his 4 AM feeding. I am no longer having to change his outfit and his sleep sack two times a night. It’s a great value and helps baby feel cozy and dry all night!

Purchased these to help the mama bear overnight not leak and sometimes still have issues with these leaking. Some nights they are super absorbent and no issues, others we are still getting leaks.Edited: added a star for good customer service as seller reached out from review and offered refund.

These are a great options for babies that tend to wet through diapers quickly esp when it disrupts their sleep at night. These seem a little large for newborn diapers but definitely did the job preventing leaks. They work best if you size up the nighttime diaper you are putting it in. We will continue using these until able to size up to actual overnight diapers.

Our baby eats a ton and therefore pees a ton at night. A normal diaper just wasn’t sufficing, especially when he would flip over to his stomach and sleep through the night 12 hours. We use two of these each night - one where you would expect and one horizontal across the top like a belt. We then put a washable diaper over that (he drinks 400ml of milk before bed). This has been the winning combo for us to avoid waking up our little guy in the morning and finding him with a wet front side.
