We didnt really like this one, its gentle and easy to use. But it doesnt seem to remove older stains and doesnt seem to prevent from new ones. I only used it over 3 weeks but didnt see any difference.

Je n'utilise ce produit que depuis 2 jours sur des caniches blancs dont une qui a une production de secrétions lacrymales importante. Le tampon de ouate utilisé avec ce produit se trouve bien taché de jaune, reste à espérer que cela va m'aider à lui entretenir convenablement ses yeux, car j'en ai essayé des produits et à plus chers que celui-ci. A voir avec le temps.

Our dog's problem stems from allergies. Runny eyes that created dark stained streaks with red irritation underneath on his white face. After his allergies were somewhat addressed, we used these pads on his streaks several times a day. After 10 days of use the streaks are much improved. Redness gone and stains greatly minimized. Because he still has some allergies we'll continue to use these pads.

I applied this to the outside of my maltese mix’s eyes every day. I was careful to not get it in his eyes, but every time he is in so much pain and he rubs his eyes and face on the bed and scratches at his eyes. I am discontinuing use after only 3 days. My poor baby does not deserve the pain and he hates it!! In the three days I applied it, not much change in the gunk. You may as well just use a warm wash cloth every day instead of this, which is free and doesn’t hurt the puppy as much! It worked okay, but did not remove much. I’m sure if you have a puppy that sits still while you brush and everything it would be better, but my puppy squirms and pulls away.

Before casting judgment on this product, I wanted to try it out completely, meaning, I wanted to go through the entire jar of wipes. Having a Boston Terrier, my little guy accumulates a reddish/brown streak down his eye. Although I carried out instructions as directed, I can guarantee that Natural Rapport Wipes had absolutely ZERO effect on my dog. I cannot guarantee whether or not this will work for your dog, but I can unequivocally state that this product was a complete waste of money for me. I'd stay clear away from this product, and try out a home remedy. If that doesn't work, don't feel too bad, because purchasing this would have had the same effect but with a higher cost.How in the world can Amazon sell this product... for shame...

Only used it a for a week 4 times a day so far but this has definitely made a significant difference and visiboy improved the tear staining under my puppy's eyes, she has a golden coloured coat. As directed, it will not eliminate already stained fur- that needs to be removed by grooming- but I do really feel it has improved the overall appearance and is preventing further tear stain. My pup does not mind at all when I wipe her eyes with it, it appears quite soothing and does not irritate her in the least. It is a clear liquid with no discernible smell and is quick and easy to use, definitely worth trying, and I like the fact it is a naturally based product. Highly recommended.

These eye wipes are great! I Tried them for the first time on a recommendation from my vet. These were not the actual brand that was recommended to me but after looking at ingredients in the other brand vs. the Natural Rapport, I decided the Natural Rapport was a better choice. I was also very happy that they were made in the USA. Definitely happy with the results and the helpful hints that they gave me for using and storing their product. If you have a dog that has stained eyes from tear production, these wipes are very gentle and work very well. I Highly recommend them!Thank you Natural Rapport!
