Just as pictured. It's USB powered. There is a dimmer, you just have to press on the on/off button until it dims or brightens.

Item that came is not item that was described. Short squat with no usb connection (not a standard electric one as shown) and no dimmer. My previous light just died and I was hoping to replace it quickly with something similar, but I like to be able to adjust the brightness when I’m working depending on time of day. This has a touch sensitive on off switch, but no dimming feature. Description said item would be between 7 to 11 pounds and it’s barely over five. Definitely disappointed.

The salt looks to be in good condition but arrived with a light that does not work. I checked the bulb and tried it out on my other lamp to make sure that was not the issue. And tried another bulb on the lamp and it does not work at all. Will be returning

I’m thinking right after production, this product would impress; it is quite bright compared to our other salt lamp that looks identical but bought elsewhere. Didn’t notice any mention of it being a USB when purchasing , and does not have a plug in adapter. No instructions, so you have to figure out that holding the power button is how you dim the light. Also, not sure if it happened in shipping (it wasn’t protected by anything but a thin plastic bag and a weak cardstock wrap in the box) or maybe this is a resent item (maybe a strike2?) but the cord is pinched and smashed in a one inch line right out of the base. Still works tho, and looks like the pic. Kid feels more secure in the soft glow vs the dark.

The first salt lamp that arrived was damaged in the mail but I was quickly sent a replacement with no issues. It was a gift for my daughter and she loves it. It puts off a nice orange glow and has a dimmer switch. It looks so pretty especially at night. It is kinda heavy so it stays put on her shelf without falling over so it’s pretty sturdy.
