Works well and safe to use around my dog. I’ve used Roundup before and if it doesn’t dry completely before I let my dog roam the yard, it gets on her fur and gives her a rash. This one doesn’t do that.

Overall I like it as it works on killing most weeks, etc. Does not work as quickly or last as long as the chemical type of weed killers, but prefer it so as not to harm my pets and the animals such as squirrels and birds that hang around.

I purchased this because it is a natural product with vinegar, salt and soap. Being a chemically sensitive individual and preferring to use organic and safe products, it seemed my best option to kill poison ivy growing around my yard. I sprayed it with gloves on and wear glasses but without any other face covering on all the poison ivy and some weeds on a dry, sunny day and it killed the poison ivy and weeds quite well but some still needed another spraying so I sprayed it again a couple days later. Almost all the ivy was dead after a few hours. Honestly, there is still another spray needed on some which I will do with a chemical mask and full skin covering on BECAUSE of the following happening.The second day I sprayed, I smelled the vinegar a couple of times and it was strong. The reason I mention that is because the vapors had gotten to my face. I did not think anything of it really but then woke in the night with a fully swollen, bright red and burning face. Fortunately, I use homeopathy so was able to take that to stop the swelling from increasing but throughout the next week I experienced burning, itching and then flaking of my whole face as it healed. Thankfully, it is now back to normal. I am thankful I wear glasses as I did some research on vinegar and the possible dangers and see that it can cause burns on the skin and cause blindness.My advice is that even though this is not a chemical solution, it is a strong vinegar solution and it can still be dangerous so you should wear skin and eye protection when using it.I gave it 5 stars because it works great and being a small business owner myself, I don’t give less than 5 stars in most cases. The reaction I had will be avoided in the future by wearing the proper protection. The way this stuff kills weeds and ivy shows me that it is a very strong solution and that is what I needed for the job. It should not harm the environment. Do know that whatever it hits - grass, other plants, etc. will also be dead so be careful with that too.

I spray weeds coming up through my patio with this 3-4 times in as many weeks. It appears to killed the leaves, but within a week, they had regrown new leaves and branches. It apparently wasn't absorbed into the plant at all. A waste of money.

We have a large yard (about an acre) at our house in the country in mid-Michigan. We also have a dog and an abundance of wildlife on and around our property. The older we get, the harder it has become to dig up weeds on our hands and knees and the easier it is to use a weed killer of some formulation in our many flower and vegetable gardens. We wanted a product that is non-toxic to dogs and animals and chose this. While the photo of the product on Amazon is different (at last in terms of packaging) than what arrived after we ordered it, I believe it’s the same product. (Ours came in a round jug.) Bottom line: It works. The odor is quite strong and, based on how much you need to apply, will linger for a day or two. Some weeds and grasses also require more than one application, though one treatment does kill most weeds. You can see results in just a few hours after application, and most weeds are pretty much gone within a day. We are willing to spend a bit more for a product that kills weeds without jeopardizing the health and safety of animals. Recommendation: Instead of using the spray attachment that comes with the product, I use a 1-gallon Chapin sprayer. That works A LOT better!

This weed killer really works! Within 24 hrs, almost every weed I sprayed was dead.There is no mixing, or measuring, just put it in a sprayer and use it.The only drawback it the price, it is a little expensive, so I did not want to use it for a large area because of the cost, however, other than the cost this is a wonderful product!!! It is safe for animals and humans and is biodegradable too! Really worth trying. :)

I was skeptical at first but owed it to my pups to find something natural that wouldn’t give them or me cancer to try and get rid of the pesky foxtails that appears in my yard. I started around the edges of the yard just to see if it made a difference and within 4 hours it was all brown and dead. I then tried some homemade vinegar and soap mix on the rest of the yard and it’s still green the next day. However they make this stuff, they do it right and in my opinion it’s worth the money. Just bought 3 more gallons to try and cover the rest of my lawn next weekend but overall very happy with the product. Definitely a strong smell (vinegar concentrate) and burns the skin if you touch it but that’s to be expected with vinegar. Also, it may stain patio bricks so I would rinse with water after 2 hours. Eventually the stains do come off but just some advice from past vinegar experience.
